Twilight episode with a Quesadilla

Perhaps to further twilight's character development we could have twilight take a quesadilla as her new student. 

She could learn that not all quesadillas are bad.

 

A one on one episode maybe where twilight has to help a quesadilla conquer there fear of alicorns could be good character development for twillight as well.

 

Or my last idea would be that twilight ends up falling in love with a quesadilla and the ship fictions start pouring in

I see her allergic reaction to quesadillas as being nothing more than a gag made at Twilight's expense though I suppose it could be brought back in a future episode. Not an entire episode dedicated to it but referenced in a way that would make her uncomfortable and want to get as far away as possible.

Twilight does not fear the quesadilla for allergies, she fears it for the later blockage.
