Can somebody make a signature/cover pic for me?

I would like a new signature and/or cover pic. 

I want it to have my three ocs, Blue Rain and Comet Star and Mew, if possible (references are on my About Me page).

Here is Comet Star! I'll start on Blue Rain, shortly. Then I will compile both of them and Mew into a signature. Could you possibly give me a reference of what Mew looks like?

Here is what I got so far, banner wise. I was thinking of putting a show character in the center, unless you want me to rearrange characters, change background, etc. It is all up to you.
