Antiyonder 1,148 November 15, 2023 Share November 15, 2023 Been getting more frequent. Once a week I go to the comic store, while other days I take the bus to the transfer station walk to and from the library. Either to check out or return something and hit their Pokémon Go stops and gym to keep my items plentiful for when I am not close by a stop. Plus we have a mail box a bit down the street. Mightyena 53 August 20 Share August 20 I like to do cardio in specific, and a lot of it. I greatly enjoy running, I'm an ol runner. I used to run multiple times a week but things have greatly changed and the circumstances aren't under my control, haven't been able to work lately either, I used to love working and having a place to be, a place that I was genuinely wanted. I have been distraught about getting back in shape and it's of big concern to me, I know it's just one of those things that I know I should have complete control over, my dieting & exercise. I love to jog/run, I love to stay physically active and or productive in some way, however my health as a whole is of ultimate concern. I just want to "Run Free", I've been very stressed and I feel like running is something that actually helps reduce my anxiety and burn off some excess energy, switch my mentality up a little bit by getting back on a routine. Anyways, NOT ENOUGH is the ultimate conclusion Just been taking regular walks at the communities dog park and it's been alright, just need to keep active, active as I can. See people, see some cool dogs, and keep on my feet.
lunarwing 69 August 21 Share August 21 Exercise and I have a complicated relationship. I've gotten much better about it in the last two years. I work out almost every single day. I do a lot of cardio mostly. It comes down to taking it one day at a time and just doing the best I can. If I push myself too hard too fast it tends to come back and bite me badly. ⋆.˚⟡ Know that your time is coming soon. As the sun rises, so does the moon. Megas 27,622 August 21 Share August 21 Not enough as of late. Before I moved I actually had a gym I could walk to and would exercise at least 3 times a week during my weekends, 4 times if I felt like going after the last day of work. Ever since I moved though it hasn't been the same, I don't have a gym I can walk to, I don't know if any of the ones nearby are any good and really I don't want to have to sign up for a new membership

See people, see some cool dogs, and keep on my feet. You've pretty much captured how I feel about cardio. There's something exhilarating about it—it's where I feel free as well. I was not the fastest or anything special, but I just enjoyed doing it daily. Years ago, I focused solely on cardio and even participated in mini-marathons like 5Ks and 10Ks. Then the pandemic hit, and things were never quite the same for me. Over the past year, I tried to get back into shape with lifting weights and using full-body machines, but it just doesn't give me the same feeling as jogging or running. There's something oddly primal about running. Recently, I've gotten back into cardio and am currently speed walking/jogging 4 miles, aiming to hit 5 sometime this week. I'm transitioning to running over time. I created a new schedule for 5 days a week where I'm dedicating 2 days to leg workouts followed by cardio, 1 day of pure cardio, as well as 2 days for swimming. I found swimming to be freeing as well. I'm planning to incorporate core workouts into my routine for stability. I recovered from a minor shoulder strain a while back, but I found myself not wanting to return to upper body workouts much anymore. Swimming is excellent cardio, where I'm at I thought about getting a gym membership as well and having full access to the treadmills and exercise bikes, they have an indoor pool there as well at the community center closest to my home. I like the mechanical process of staying in motion for long periods at a time. I like very physical labor like this as well. Once I get in motion I don't tend to stop for awhile.
Blizzard Wizard 4,959 August 21 Share August 21 Twice a week I attend fitness instructor last year. Also lately I started to add one-two home work outs per week. I don't do cardio, mostly power training and stretching. After gym I feel... sane.

Snow 7,021 September 20 Share September 20 I will sporadically go for a walk, but no deliberate exercise other than that I might drive somewhere nice and do a big walk, or just put on some music and walk out of the house for like 10-20 minutes. beans
Kyoshi Frost Wolf 41,444 September 20 Share September 20 I'm not as consistent as I want to be, but what I usually do daily is walk for about 2 hours while wearing an 18kg (40lbs) weighted vest. The path I take also has several hills. It is pretty nice to do, it clears my mind, and it makes me look forward to getting back. I like to save up my appetite, go on ze walk, and reward myself by cooking foods when I return.
Cash In 22,295 November 30 Share November 30 I usually do about an hour of cardio every day. Have not been able to keep up recently, due to circumstances, but will try and get back into it by next week. At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.
