John then went into the bathroom and he then came out wearing an outfit that was in there...

JO: Yeah I guess I'll just wear this for now as apparently I left my casual change of clothes at my house!

JO: Yeah this is actually really good plus I probably really like it because of how it has quite a salty taste to it! It really reminds me of the soup that dad's mom makes for us!

 

DAD: Yeah my two kids love my mom's soup! Though she just moved out with her husband to a nursing home so their house is currently vacant. So maybe John you and Scarlet could move into it and you two could inherit it from us!

JO: Well really low salt in your diet can actually be deadly if you drink too much water. Like there was a woman who I heard on the internet died during a pee holding contest when she drunk several gallons of purified water and the water had no sodium in it as it had been removed. So really water is attracted to sodium and it's the sodium in your blood that keeps your water in your bloodstream but if there's not enough sodium and too much water in your body the water will then get absorbed into your organs causing them to expand in size so when the brain expands from this so much to the point where it collides with the skull then that's when it will likely become lethal. Basically it would cause lethal brain damage when the brain grows too big from absorbing too much water.

Scarlet nods "I did actually, I knew that salt contained sodium and that if you have too much salt, like if you drink salt water from the ocean and have too much of it, you could get sodium poisoning and such, but I didn't know that if you don't have enough and drink too much water, that you could die" she says then looks to him "Sure, I think that is the plan anyway"

JO: Yeah plus too much salt in your diet over several years can cause permanent blood vessel hardening and that can lead to heart attacks. Anyways I guess we could snuggle up in our capes together in bed tonight!

TU: Yeah it's like for exercise I would sprint to the train station from my TAFE every day to catch the earlier train! Anyways Hellen really did put some clever engineering into thease capes as they are very non sticky especially when wet from water or sweat!
