Can somepony create my OC in a metal rock form, like the mane 6 is in this photo? Also if you can do my OC pony brohoofing one another that would be cool. Let me know who can do this and I will pay.

It is not. Requestria is intended for people to make requests or open request shops. I'd suggest reading the forum descriptions before posting, as well as checking the nature of the topics already present in the section. Commissions is what you're looking for.
