Movie characters on the show

I'd like to see the movie-exclusive characters on the show before it all ends. How I think it can be done within 4 episodes:

• Applejack & Rainbow Dash with Captain Celaeno
• Pinkie Pie & Fluttershy with Princess Skystar (I'm dying to see something like this)
• Rarity with Capper
• Twilight Sparkle with Fizzlepop Berrytwist (Tempest Shadow)

What do you think?

I'm not so sure. Inserting specific movie characters all but requires the audience to watch the film in full beforehand, or risk bronies who didn't see it if lost.

S8 canonizes the movie, but so far, you don't really need to watch it in order to understand it. Even Surf and/or Turf, which directly references it in dialogue and is set in Mount Aris, provides enough leeway for you to freely skip it.

I'd expect only one movie character at most  . If they where to do that, I'm between Capper and Skystar making an appearance

I honestly don't see it happening. This is because their voice artists would require a large sum of money--Hasbro wouldn't want to pay that much with regards to the show and on a consistent basis--in order to bring them on board and they're likely way too busy at this point with other projects to want to come back. It can happen but it would mean getting new voices to voice the movie characters or have them appear in non-speaking roles though this latter method wouldn't do much for them.

I dunno, I still don't see this happening unless one of those actors really wants to be in the show. At the very least, I'm certain that Emily Blunt and Zoe Saldana have much higher salaries than anyone working on the show, so at most we might see one of them return in a few years. There may be an off chance that they recorded some lines for the show during their sessions for the movie, but I'm not sure how likely that is; I'm not terribly knowledgeable about the animation industry. 

And if Tempest Shadow does return, I do hope they don't call her Fizzlepop Berrytwist.

Well, I am almost positive they will all cameo in the series finale whenever that is, but in terms of speaking roles... I could see queen Novo showing up, I could see Capper showing up. Tempest is way to expensive but hey, it could happen.

The only work around I can see is Queen Novo being voiced by Rena Anakwe instead of Uzo Aduba.  Other than that, I have no clue about the rest(Unless they want to cast Ahmed Best as Capper).

What about Spike with Capper? Like Capper could help Spike with something, or Spike could help Capper?
