Charcoal, of all things, is apparently good for your teeth! Well, activated Charcoal anyway...

Work is over and as I said before it somehow felt like it zipped by which I'm not complaining about. Tomorrow though I have to be in charge and make some people work a bit. I don't like commanding people around, but one of my co-workers kind of slacked off the other day and left me high and dry so I gotta kind of remind him we're here to work.

I use an activated charcoal toothpaste, you can get it from Wish and B&M!
