He did nothing that displayed why he is the ruler of such a feared and oppressive kingdom. Was more like just a child that happened to get ahold of a powerful toy. Though I’m still puzzled why her scar is on the wrong side of her face. I'd imagine having one or two episodes where Tempest would struggle to readjust to society, but would eventually overcome her problems and make her own friends.
