I would do the same as Cash In, I saw the other posts and for me it was fun to read them and the ideas, but the reality is that this is very serious, of course Hasbro goes much beyond than just MLP, a cartoon and toyline made for little girls, I would need to write a bible of what I would need to do here if I was in charge of it, the company faces a lot of problems, that's just not something for me to deal with, this is much more than our personal dreams of what we want to see from MLP. So I'll actually answer this as a question that I would be actually capable of answering, and I'll actually give multiple answers based on different periods of real life.

If I was part of the team behind the MLP franchise, what would be my ideas for the franchise's future?

After G4 ended

• Pony Life would still be made, but it would be a filler so the writers would have time to think about the stories of a new future main series.
• The New Series would still be G4, but it would take place in between "The Ending of the End" and "The Last Problem", pretty much telling what happened during the time skip before the end of FiM.
• Would give this new series a art style very similar to FiM but not the same, so the toys would look different.
• Would still make it under Discovery Family, so they would be able to use the characters and locations with no problem.

Or

• The New Series would focus on new characters (G5's main cast), but it would still take place in the same Equestria from G4 with all thoss characters, after the end of FiM.

Or

• Make G5 a full reboot.

After A New Generation

• Would give better designs for the G5 toys, I don't think they look bad but I think they just don't look appealing as the G4 ones, I like the 3D for ANG and MyM but I don't think it works so well in the toys.
• There wouldn't be Make Your Mark and Tell Your Tale, but just one series with 22 minutes episodes, 2D animation.
• This new series would have a better art style than the one we got for Tell Your Tale, one more similar to G4's art style, or at least a art style inspired by the opening animation for A New Generation, obviously, without all those high budget details, it would be more than enough.
• Maybe we could still get more 3D content, with the same 3D as MyM, like special episodes, but just from time to time, 2D series would be the main thing.
• The toys would be based on the 2D models, and not the 3D models.

After the end of Tell Your Tale Season 1 and Make Your Mark

• Make a New Season for Make Your Mark or a new 3D show.

Or

• Tell Your Tale would be the only G5 series, but first, it would enter in a hiatus before starting Season 2, so the team behind it and the writers would have time to think about interesting new stories, prepare themselves for the new format of 22-minutes in every episode, and maybe make a new art style for the series, if the animation's so cheap then it deserves at least a better art style. Or they could just cancel Tell Your Tale to take a break to prepare a new 2D series, again, 22 minutes per episode and new better art style.

After Tell Your Tale Season 2 Started

• Make new toys based on the TyT models (they still just keep making toys based on the 3D models).

That's pretty much it, I can say like what I would change in G5's story etc but I prefer to save it for a "What would you change in G5" thread.

Regarding the other IPs, I know nothing about them, just a little about Transformers, this is what would do:

• Delay TF2 (Revenge of the Fallen) for 2010, the 2007-2008 writers strike harmed the movie, needed more time in development.
• Make the characters in TF4 (Age of Extinction) have the robot mode style from the first three movies, the ones we got for this and TF5 (The Last Knight) look way too humanoid, the vehicle parts can barely be spotted, it goes against the concept of Transformers, plus, it messed up the toys completely, most of them are inaccurate to what is seen in the movies and their backpacks are absurd.
• Never made the plans for a cinematic universe starting from The Last Knight, this ruined that movie, had so much potential, but they were so worried about the cinematic universe and what would be coming after it that they completely forgot about TF5 itself, that movie was a mess.
• Give Airazor a Robot mode in Rise of the Beasts (I'm aware the toy got one, but I would like to see it in the movie)

 I 100% agree about Netflix and Youtube.

The Netflix movie made sense but having big story points on one or the other was a weird decision.

I agree with that too, at least they made recap episodes for TyT, so people wouldn't be completely lost, but still

I actually got really used to it after watching nearly 90 episodes, I started to like it despite I still think some characters could look muuuch better (Izzy for example, her mane doesn't look anything like her 3D model, it isn't hard to translate that mane to 2D, plus, the faces of some male characters as Hitch), but if you really like TyT's art style then it's fine, that's good, problem is, you're one, the major part of the community, including kids and casual viewers, don't like Tell Your Tale's art style, or they think it's very inferior to G4's, I do think they were well-intentioned by giving this generation a distinguishable art style, but just because it's well-intentioned it doesn't mean it's a good idea, having a art style that most people doesn't consider appealing as G4, hinders G5 from selling itself, people, specially kids, will see the toys and they'll want the G4 toys because they look more cute, more appealing to the eyes, maybe they'll buy the G5 ones if they have no choice or if they like collections, but it's worse when people literally don't like G5's style at all (look at Props), that really harms the success of this generation, that's why I said that this goes beyond our personal opinions, it's business

• Release William Anderson's score for Friendship is Magic, Rainbow Roadtrip, Equestria Girls Movies, Specials and Shorts.
• Release Daniel Ingram's Score for the 2017 Movie with all tracks included (The released score only includes 31 tracks, 23 remain unreleased)
• Release Heitor Pereira's score for A New Generation.
• Release Sean James Boyer and Benjamin Pinkerton's scores for Make Your Mark and Tell Your Tale.

love pitch meetings but yeah, give the writer lots of freedom. make sure they're a quality writer with interesting ideas that are value led but not just a cheap reflection of a bunch of conventional ideas about little girls. I would resign immediately, there's no way I can be an effective leader in a company without the proper education, training, and experience. Besides, from what I've heard, it's going through hard times right now and poor decisions have already been made.

No offense, but I don't think that would be a good idea in my opinion. It's bad enough that FIM Seasons 5-9 got pulled from Netflix ever since the Warner Bros. Discovery merger happened, the last thing I'd want is for it to stay on Discovery Family indefinitely because of that. That said, I wouldn't want Disney to buy Hasbro either, since they have a terrible track record of not supporting physical media and I'd really like to see MLP:FIM get released on Blu-ray.

So making demands on boros colored cards to have more smiling art work( to make pinkie more op than she already is.)
