And who do YOU think should rule Equestria in her place? Prince Blueblood? He's only fit to be a Diplomat, and even his performance at the Grand Galloping Gala was terrible! And he is related to his Aunt Celestia HOW?! I think that @SaburoDaimando is gonna have his version of Prince Blueblood banished to be with Barney the Dinosaur (whom I have a feeling that Cream will happily enjoy), because he has an SFM Model! I mean, it's not like Twilight will resign as Queen Of All Equestria and give it back to the people, and let them handle Equestria! There's no rush nor is there any need to replace Celestia and Luna. P.S: Harmony is the one true ruler of Equestria anyway. Iä! Iä! Granted; she may have made a good job as Princess of Friendship when she was in Ponyville... but rulling Equestria is a whole other thing. We know she's a great pony; but nothing to show she's a good ruler. (even in Ponyville, she didn't really "rule"), considering there is a difference between being the leader of the mane 6, and being a ruler. She needs more time. As for who should take the throne... well maybe Celestia and Luna could stay on it for a while until it's decided? Blueblood is a very bad option, of course; but I don't believe Celestia doesn't have some kind of prime minister or something who can take the throne as interim, until a new ruler is decided. Cadance? She may be too busy with the Crystal Empire... Twilight as ruler is really a question of convenience; the two sisters want to retire, but they need someone to take their place.
