We know that Celestia and Luna are immortal and possibly Twilight, Cadence and Flurry Heart as well, but maybe non-alicorns could live extremely long such as Granny Smith and possibly the rest of the Gold Horseshoe Gals. Because Granny Smith in "Family Appreciation Day" called herself a "young filly" but when the founding of Ponyville she looked more like a teenage/young mare but the founding of Ponyville was over 200 Years ago according to Twilight in "Winter Wrap Up" said "Ponyville was started by earth ponies, so for hundreds of years they've never used magic to clean up winter" the key term being "for hundreds of years" so Granny Smith at her youngest during "Winter Wrap Up" is over 200 years old.

Winter Wrap Up was made back in Season 1 when World Building still wasn't solidified. I mean Spike claimed  "Unicorns changing the weather in Canterlot" in the same episode and we never actually seen it.

Back in the pre Celestia and Luna rule the sun and moon were raised and lowered by Unicorn, but they still relied on Pegasus Magic to change the weather, according to Season 2 Heartwarming Play and Season 8's Horse Play. That would contradict Twilight's claim that "earth ponies never used magic to clean up winter"  So I wouldn't take Twilight's words from Season 1 at face value anymore.

No, I always interpreted her words to really mean, "For Many years, Earth ponies prefer not to rely on Unicorn Magic to clean up winter. And since Ponyville was founded by Earth Ponies, they want to keep the tradition" That makes more consistent sense than claiming Ponyville and Granny Smith being Hundreds of Years old. She may be old, but she's not that old.

Point: You shouldn't take everything said at face value, especially since the show was never meant to have iron-clad continuity writing like other shows. Since there are so many different writers, they're bound to contradict established history sooner or later.

And later seasons have more world building since the show was able to go longer than expected.

If the research done by Brony scientist Fiara the tank girl is to be believed, earth ponies are actually the shortest lived of the races, living between 50-70 years, and granny is near the edge of that at in her 60s. Pegasai are between 90-120 and unicorns may live centuries. Show supports this somewhat, as there are plenty of very old earth ponies but only a handful of old pegasai and only one or two old unicorns. Who's the oldest Unicorn we've seen? Starswirl. Who's the oldest Pegasus we've seen? Spitfire's mom Stormy Flare. Neither look anywhere as old as Granny Smith, Grand Pair or any of the Golden Horseshoe gals.

Ponyville had to be made like 60 or 70 years at best. Twilight statement had been retconned over the years by whats shown. Granny smith looked terribly young when bright mac and pear butter were around. My guess is similar to humans.
