How you became a fan of My Little Pony I found myself enthralled in the enigma that was the MLP Fandom some ten years ago in my college years. It was a perplexing experience at first, but one that grew into a comfortable one where I found community, companionship and content. Since that day, I have been around in passing from time to time, partaking in the community though often from the sidelines or the shadows. Occasionally I indulge in community sites such as this one. Greetings, You may refer to me at Rarity, Rarity Gemstones, or even Rares if you so prefer. The moniker that I am granted by others is not relevant, what is relevant is that I am here to partake in and enjoy discussions focused around multi-colored fictional equine (among other topics), a hobby that I am certain we are all quite fond of. Please feel free to approach me if you are so inclined. Some information about myself, you ask? I am of the female persuasion, and I reside on the planet we all know as "earth"; a mass of carbon, rock and other various elements in the shape of an oblate spheroid that revolves around something called "the sun". I would also explain what "the sun" is, but realistically explaining the expansive concept of astronomy could take a considerable amount of time and would likely constitute a frivolous time waster for one's introduction. Instead, you'll simply have to rely on the vast tool known as the world wide web to explain all of that to you.
