Wouldn't they figure it out at some point, though? Better to tell them yourself than wait for them to find out and be even more upset.

I didn't sleep well last night. I'm so sleepy now. It's still early!

Pretty calm. Had a nice shower, wind blowing calmly outside, ready for whatever heck comes my way on my shift again. People again complained about me at work, again (two days ago, we had a fire drill. The rules of what I was supposed to do were changed, no body told me this. And so, of course, management complained to me. about my not doing what I was supposed to, without bothering to tell me what I was supposed to do. Gods I love my job, not.

Well.I at least can work a double shift in my own home for a week vs flying out and being forced to work a double shift. I guess there’s that  Not looking forward to working a double shift again. Not done that in years.

I'm feeling pretty better today, except for a residual cough that should gradually ease. The cough should also go away within the next couple of days.

Other than that, I'm definitely feeling better and have some energy back. I hope everyone else is doing well!

That's a perfect name for it! I'm guilty of it sometimes too, but I try to avoid the politics when I can since all it ever did was make me confused and miserable.
