Bored, trying to entertain myself and failing.

Stressed out. Traveling all around my city for stupid paperwork, only to be told that the Ministry responsible for them is late on opening for their submission without explanation. So I need to wait until they grace us with their presence (with no approximate time beyond "maybe next week") and give me my ID and codes for my university account so I can go get registered and get my student pass.

You know what they're never late to, though? Conscription. They can't get some student accounts approved, but they can draft me to serve for 9 months on the other side of my country's rural nowhere for no good reason in record time. So now I gotta get MORE paperwork to make sure that they won't.

Sometimes I really hate this place.
