Apparently the release really wasn't global, couldn't find anything about a release here, I guess it's Warner simply not trusting theatrical releases of its animations anymore, I don't know

If IMDb is to be trusted, WB only released it themselves in Germany and sold it to other distributors elsewhere (like Ketchup in the U.S. and Lucky Red in Italy). I guess it couldn't find a distributor in the countries where it wasn't released at all. Including Finland – it feels weird considering how popular the Looney Tunes used to be here, and even the Space Jam sequel did decently.

Warner has been going through a lot of trouble in this decade, I believe you're well aware of them, I believe they lost faith in theatrical releases of their animations after the failure of Space Jam 2 and DC Super Pets. Coyote vs Acme wasn't the only animation they decided to "cancel", but also a animated Scooby Doo special or something like that, and unlike Coyote, Scooby Doo was actually 100% completed from what I heard, still, they decided to not release it. Really shame if that's the case, because even the direct to streaming releases were shelved

There was also at least one live-action film that had the same fate, though "Batgirl" was apparently very poorly received by the few people who saw it, unlike "Coyote vs. Acme".

It reminds me of how Disney stopped making traditionally animated features after a couple of flops. But these companies don't seem to realize it might have had something to do with the films in question rather than the medium. "Space Jam: A New Legacy" had terrible reviews, and nostalgia for the original movie seems to be very much a generational thing (it's not that popular among people that got into the Looney Tunes thanks to the original shorts), so I'm surprised it did as well as it did. And years of only being available on cable networks or streaming in the U.S. has hurt the franchise a lot – for decades, everyone knew the characters, but that no longer seems to be the case.

my mp3 player broke last night, file transfers don't work on it anymore, and it kept crashing with each attempt. Tossed it away, I wanted to listen to songs on it whilst I processed my thoughts going out for a stroll outside away from everyone. Losing sleep is no fun either, I was up to about 2 in the morning.

Thank you for worrying and keeping in touch. That helps to the best of your ability. Right now what we can do is keep our fingers crossed and hope she gets back to us soon enough. 

If it is any consolation, she and I were engaging in shenanigans not too long ago.
