Since she was the first Bat Pony OC, her personality varies a bit from fanfic to fanfic. But she's usually paired with Cloud Skipper, a Pegasus guard under Shining Armor. They typically follow the pattern of her being easy going with him being straight laced. Think Vinyl and Octavia.
