resolved MLP Forums inaccessible up until recently

I tried to log on to MLP Forums but somehow it crashed or something. What's going on? Is the forums shut down again for updates or something? I assume this happens a lot in this website, especially before and after I joined this forum.

Yep, apparently the gems were on their way to the hosting firm and a Diamond Dog group attacked the train. Thankfully, Pixel Wavelength intervened and we were able to save the day and get the site back up quickly enough.
