I had an amazing burger called the Donald Trump, it had pulled beef and barbecue sauce, I think it also had some bacon but it had cheese and I got a beef patty added to it. :pinkie::yay:

It was yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy. ^^

Mine was my dad’s ‘camp burgers.’ He flame broiled them over at a place we used to camp and they were unlike any burger before or since. He’s not a gourmet by any means, but those burgers were works of art.

The local lions club makes burgers every weekend all summer. They season the grill in a certain way, with a certain soft drink which gives it an interesting flavor. Combine that with a toasted bun from the same grill and you got something good there.

Could it be called a waste of a gallon and a half of pop? Possibly but when you don't dump it on the grill, it does taste alot different.

Oh god, I'm not sure if it counts, but the veggie burgers we made recently were pretty delicious.

I don't remember what the patty was made of, something like chickpeas and probably some other stuff I don't know, but I had that, put on some spinach and ketchup, then used an everything bagel as the bun because hey why the heck not. Call it/me weird or whatever you want, I thought that thing was downright delectable and I'd love to have it again. ^^

My best burger was at the Fremont Hotel/Casino in Tunica, MS. It was from a small coffee shop near the casino area. The burger had mushrooms, Swiss cheese and onions, flame broiled as we watched. It was huge and I never forgot that amazing burger from a nondescript place lost in the bustle of the gambling and nightlife. I also liked some horsemeat burgers from a place in Lost Hills, CA. I’m sure they weren’t literally horse meat but they had a unique flavor not associated with beef. They were good, but mostly I liked them for the nostalgic memories.

This thread is too dead for my liking for the span it’s been around.

My favorite is from a place called Elevation Burger. I formerly worked there for a short time. I’d always get “half the guilt 2” which was one beef and one vegan patty, with caramelized onions and the usual condiments (minus pickles). Real guuuud. The two locations here closed so I went to one in Houston, although even that one is now closed :okiedokieloki:. Dammmm uuu greeek restauraaaaaants (one always replaces them).

Now they’re solely in the DC area.
