start of a new breach ~

[ Lyra, silver, shallow, Blu,???]

As the piece of wood dropped from Blu's clutches, Lyra would remind him to stay quiet.

shed whisper,

" Blu... We need to be extra car-" *SMASH*

tHe wall behind Lyra exploded out of no where, fling multitudes of debris at them.

Their already crumbling and falling apart house is once again on the brink of calamity, and is covered by a thick layer of dust swirling around the air.

their view is now impaired and kno one knows whats happening now.

~ swirling emotions ~

"Well this IS the only room available, buut you can stay with me of you want? Its just a small room with one bed and a bit noisy as well since its near the guards quarter.... They snore quite a lot there."

Fuoco would request to sound proof the room which made Misty thinking.

"Well the place is big enough.... But just to be safe then I'll apply a bit of sound proofing."

The room would get a bit misty and a thick wall of fog would be seen covering the room. Now the place looked a bit eerie.

As she starts to play her flute, at first her notes started perfectly but.

Misty's heart started to pump quite heavily, as the sudden introduction and shift of emotions were introduced to her.

" W-whats going on?" She was started to feel weird and confused of her feelings that she ended up letting go of her spell.

Luckily the music wasn't that loud and the guards from outside could only hear  a mute amount.

Then the disturbing feelings swirling around her vanished. She would just noticed later hand that its because Fuoco stopped Playing and is now crying.

Misty is now filled with regret and sorrow, knowing that she was the cause of her new friends grief.

" Fuoco im so sorry!" She said while runing towards her giving her a hug.

" Please forgive me..." Misty wasn't prepared for this. She wasn't expecting this. She was prepared for the side effects and unknown outcomes to happen to her, not Fuoco.

Misty would do anything and try to calm her down. She'd starts to hum a light and soft tune to calm Fuoco's emotions. It has a unique lullaby tune to it that can put a foal to sleep. A caring, loving mother lulling her new born.

Blu's glasses kept the dust from getting in his eyes, and if the Kernel were up here he'd be able to use it's sensors to see through the dust. Unfortunately it was downstairs, and using the sensors would require opening the case, leaving it vulnerable to whatever was in the area, so it was for the best that it was downstairs.

He remained quiet and still, waiting for an opportunity to strike. He would be cautious, as he didn't want to accidentally hit an ally.

She shook her head, "So many ponies are out there in tents. I'd much rather sleep out there with them than take up a room that could easily hold ten of them."

19 hours ago, Kujamih said:

" Fuoco im so sorry!" She said while runing towards her giving her a hug.

Fuoco didn't react as she was hugged, or rather she didn't resist. The warmth within that Misty had felt earlier was stronger now, making Fuoco uncomfortably warm to the touch, almost as though she had a high fever.

"I... I tried to warn you, but you kept pushing."

"I... I wanted you to be scared. To understand why I can't add my emotions."

"I... I..."

She shuddered

"I should have been stronger. I shouldn't have broken my promises for you. My mother would be ashamed of me..."

That statement seemed to redouble the sorrow flowing through her, and the fire within her subsided until she felt cold to the touch, as though she had been out in the cold a bit too long.

"... This is my fault..."

Misty mustered her feelings and energy upon herself and casts a warm and loving light towards her. She would then share this magic so it could end up warming her up and hopefully feel the feelings inside of Misty's magic that is now trying to strengthen her. The magic is filled with love, sorrow, regret and kindness.

But the cold body of Fuoco starts to invade Misty's body. She'd end up shivering as well but tries to endure it, because of her guilt.

Misty starts to transform in her nirik form due to her requiring more power and warmth to give to Fuoco.

As she fights off Fuoco's depressive state. Misty can only try and keep on giving her love and warmth of magic to her eventually draining her as well.

" Im sorry... Im here... I'll help...your strong... You are fire... You brought no shame to your mother..."

Fuoco seemed to harden under the care, like she was unused to such things, and didn't know how to properly respond.

Eventually she would calm herself enough to continue, carefully putting her flute away. "I'm not doing that again. I can't. I'm not strong enough to control myself. Had the slightest bit of anger slipped through... I wouldn't be able to forgive myself if I had hurt you."

She stood, still cold within, but softening, "Please, if you could convince the Mayor not to push the issue, or to bring this up again, I'd appreciate it."

Inwardly, Fuoco was scared, scared of how easy it was, how powerful she felt to see her own fear reflected in Misty. She feared that of she started again... she might follow the Siren's path, and unleash the forbidden knowledge she held within.

Misty, who is now weakened, still tries to comfort Fuoco as much as she can.

Still hugging her, she replied.

"Im sorry, please forgive me. It was selfish of me for not thinking about your feelings and pushed mine.... Hehehe... Well that wasn't fun?" She smiled and gave a bit of giggle, even in her tired state.

Shed then release the fog that blocks the sounds. And it seems that something outside is horribly going wrong.

Screams and crumbles could be heard outside.

" What is going on outside!?"

Fuoco didn't really react to Misty's continued apologies, still deep in thought, though she was stirred by the commotion outside once the sound was let back in, immediately rushing to the nearest window to see what was happening, and if she could help. "Should we go out there? Or would we just be in the way?"

Outside the window can be seen a bombardment of black shards the size of sledge hammers, were on progress. Some would disintegrate in the air, while others would hit the castle and the encampment. Some strong guards are able to block it, but they can only block a few before their bodies start to get battered.

Chaos is in the air with a hint of smoke and ember.

As she ask for Misty's advice, there were no reply, for misty is fast asleep. Knocked out and fatigued, Still mumbling in her dreams.

As the dust settles silver was at the mercy of a humanoid dragon like creature. It stood twice the size of a pony and is as black as the night sky.

its claws is at Silvers throat slowly choking the stallion, while Lyra is carefully trying to find an opening to rescue him.

she is also holding Shallow back, as she is in great anger and ready to pounce at the creature.

" Behave yourself Shallow... This isnt the time to be careless... The creature has a hostage... And it seems to be intelligent."

Shallow could only growl and show her teeth to threaten the beast infront of them.

[Enter the Freakshow]

With a loud crack, the jaw of a young stallion broke as a clown connected a deadly counter, violently projecting the pony several feet away, making it roll on the floor and lose the grip on its knife.
“That should do it for now, boy. Lucky Strike, was it?” the clown stared at the unconcious stallion. “I guess there’s no point on talking to a sleepy head” the clown remarked as he cracked his sore hoof.

“Bravo! Bravo! Magnificent! Rehearsal!” said a mocking voice behind the clown.
“Hrm? Weird that showed up on the ring this time around” replied the clown as he approached the knife and picked it up.
“My my, don’t be so mean, Petri. You did better than the other times, and I’m here to congratulate you on your new record” replied the voice. It came from a blonde pony with angelical features. A really handsome stallion with azure eyes, staring with a wide smile.
“Cut the bullcrap Ass-rie. What do you want now?” queried the clown, with a glare as he cut his wrist open and let a few blood drips fall to the floor. As soon as the first drop hit the floor, a symbol started to glow.
“A proposal, actually. I really hate your stupid look as of now” replied the stallion, “take that off and I’ll be considerate towards you this time. What do you say?” he added.
“Yeah… there’s a big can of f*ck you over there. Why don’t you take some with a spoon? I have a portal to drop into” replied the clown with a smirk.
“I’ll make sure that smile of yours gets erased from your face. Until then… ta-dah!” finished the blonde stallion as he walked away.

A huge puddle of a carmine liquid quickly gathered in the center, making a perfect circle. Unnerving growls, howls and voices could be heard from within. As creepy as this could seem, Shamrock the clown was not all that scared. He had been here before. Many times. But it felt slightly different. Maybe it was just that the white stallion never came to congratulate him before. Yeah, that should be what was throwing him off this time, right?
A sharp pain reminded him he had cut himself, so he reached out for a small vial of a bright blue substance in his pocket. It was the last bit of healing potion he had left, so he carefully poured the contents over the sliced wrist. The flesh and blood fizzed and steam came from the area along with a sharp, yet short pain, and just like that the wound was closed as if he had never cut himself in the first place.
With a sigh he stared into the dark red portal. “Jumping down into a hole… It shouldn’t be this hard… why am I trembling this time?” he asked to himself as his muscles tensed in anticipation. He shrugged off the eerie feeling and hop into the puddle, which sucked him in instantly after a huge splash. Soon enough, he’d be back into his home dimension, under the speedway’s bridge, coming out from a puddle of piss and stagnant water, just like all the other times… except, he wasn’t?
-THUD-
A taste like iron invaded his muzzle and soon enough he watched blood drips on the floor beneath him. His nose was bleeding, he had fell face first on the dirt. Things were nothing like all the other times. This time around, he was in a little alley, in front of a broken mirror. “Better than next to piss and dirty water” he thought to himself.
The air was quite different, cleaner than what he was used. This definitively wasn’t the pass under that old bridge.
“Just where the hell did that starfish sent me to this time…?” he mumbled as he fought back the panic that was invading his body. He pressed his nose bridge with a hoof to stop the bleeding successfuly, and after cleaning his snout with a tissue he had on his chest pocket, he proceeded to walk out of the alley.

The confused pony walked in a post apocalyptic village named Ponyville.

Houses pre burnt, crumbling walls and signs of chaos and panic painted across the town. But still, the place smells nice.

He would be greeted by silence and an eerie feeling.

Nothing quite special is happening around this pony. but only an awkward stagnancy of the place, which is soon broken by loud sounds of bombardments coming from the castle that could be seen from afar. It also grabbed his attention that somewhere near him, there seems to be an explosion of some sort and smoke is coming from a house two blocks away from you. And the opposite side of the chaos is a road that leads somewhere far from the noise. Choices to be made and careful analysis is required to proceed safely from this terrible world...

There wasn't much she could do against crystals, they didn't burn like ponies did, and despite being an earth pony she wasn't all that strong. Still, maybe she could at least help get ponies inside, maybe use some of her limited healing magic if there were injured?

She would rush down the stairs and into the courtyard, holding open the door for any injured ponies to get inside the castle, and if there weren't any nearby, moving to assist any who needed help getting out of danger.

To have gotten to Silver, this creature would need to be inside the house, and thus not far at all from Blu and his gun. Given the relative size of the creature, and the fact that Blu had been ready to fire, getting a direct hit, either head or body depending on where Silver were positioned, would be trivial at this distance.

Blu didn't say anything, simply aimed, charged, and fired. By the time this creature could realize the danger it was in by positioning itself so close to Blu, the bullet would already be in the air.

"Better safe than sorry" he mumbled to himself. Shamrock decided to head away from the house. He kept his guard up and looked around each step he took, just in case someone (or something) would try to ambush him as he fleed the ghost town.

Fuoco opening the doors to the courtyard would be re introduced to the chaos she once used to live in. Smell of blood the noise of fear the scene of chaos and the kiss of death readily approaching their faith.

The guards outside bleeding but able to defend the helpless civilians  and injured inside the castle.

A familiar guard would then approach you and give his thanks.

" Thank you ever so kindly miss, let me hold the door instead."

The abled ones where able to enter quickly inside the castle except for the elderly and badly injured ones.

" This is worse than the purple invasion.... Ponies are going to die here..." The shocked guard mumbled as he stare at the chaos outside unfolding.

Some guards are able to move and act in the ensuing madness, while others go limp and add to the load of rescuing.

One of the guards who looks like a high ranking officer is in the middle of it all and is shouting orders and lifting other guards on their feet. While evading and blocking the incoming shards.

" All magic users retreat! Wall units defend! Do not falter!" As these commands where released creatures wearing the royal guard armor form around the castle and started to block the incoming shards that pass through the barrier.

Griffons, hypogryphs, dragons, pegasi and changeling, Guard the air. While the earth ponies, kirins, deers, yaks, felynes, and Diamond dogs, raise their shield.

Meanwhile the magic users retreating are heading up the castle, as if they've been summoned by someone.

Fuoco also hear a faint voice calling inside your head. It seems to be a wide ranged telepathic message. But its interrupted by the black shards scattered across the place.

" assistance.....i.......ss.........nee..... Rooftop.. chrysal..... Immediately." Is what she could hear.

As the clown flees, the view of the castle is more visible as he goes further away from the village.

There he sees the castle being rained upon by something really big and black. It appears a force field is blocking it but some of it is getting in and hitting the castle. It also seems like there are other creatures trying to prevent the projectiles from hitting the castle...

You can see that creatures of different races, colors and breeds are helping one another. Trying to defend the castle.

Soon enough the clown is at the top of a hill over viewing the empty village,(except for that one building with smoke coming out of it. It seems like someones in there.) and the castle under siege. At his back a creepy forest that seems to stare back at him.

"Alright... that place isn't safe either"

Shamrock stoped for a moment to think what to do. For one side, the castle from far away was under siege by an unknown force. Not much he could do to help and most likely a dangerous place. On the other side, the ghost village and the smoking house which, perhaps, wasn't as empty. Not necessarily something good, but more manageable for him. Finally, what seemed to be the infamous everfree forest from the morbid stories he used to read on dark magazines.

After a few minutes pondering the situation, he decided to go back into the village and check out the house. He redied the knife he picked up before he was transported into this dimension and carefully made his way back into the village. Once in front of the house, he filled his air sacs with all the air he could to make his steps lighter and sneaked around the house, looking for a way in.

@Jesse Terrence as he spied the building, it was thick with dust. Not long after the dust subsided, giving the clown a better view.

There inside the roofless building stands a black dragonoid figure, clenching on one of it's arms is what seems to be a lifeless pony.

It is surrounded by three other ponies, most likely trying to defend themselves from this creature.

*BANG*

@Illiad Easle @Jesse Terrence

A loud gun shot would be heard.

It seems that one of them is pointing a tube of metal to the dragonoid's face and it exploded( in away).

A round metal projectile would hit the dragonoid creature at the speed of lightning.( more or less)

But it did not pierce the dragon's head but left a dent on it.

This however would pass the kinetic force of the bullet to the head of the dragon which causes it to stagger at the opposite side of the bullet and slightly leave it out off conscious for a few seconds. Causing it to loose its grip from its hostage.

Lyra( the othe pony inside the room) seen this opportunity and attacked as well.

She'd let out her shadow tentacles to try and pierce the creature, but to no avail as well. However, this did lead to pushing the creature through the other side of the wall.

" Shallow, Blu! Grab Silver and lets go!"

The blu unicorn who shot the dragonoid was informed while the half shark half pony would grab  the unconscious white unicorn.

The group would run towards the door where apparently where the clown is spying.

The shark like pony carrying the unconscious unicorn would be the first to exit through the door and potentially collide with the clown.

The clown quickly step aside and hid around the corner of the first wall he could reach.

"This must be a nightmare. S.M.I.L.E agents and they have guns too?" he thought to himself. This was not his first time dealing with S.M.I.L.E, and it was never a pleasant experience. Now, what the hell was the dragonoid creature? It was obvious it was a dangerous creature if it took a bullet to the head and was bashed by focused magic and it all it received was but a scratch.

Carefully, he spied on the agents' next move.

" assistance.....i.......ss.........nee..... Rooftop.. chrysal..... Immediately." Is what she could hear.

Fuoco had been trained from a very young age to resist all forms of mental manipulation, which rendered her immune to telepathy unless it was directly focused on her, and even then it would be difficult for any but the strongest telepaths to get a message through her defenses. So a general telepathic message stood no chance, leaving Fuoco entirely unaware of the broadcast.

Still though, she would do what she could. In fact, she knew just the spell for the occasion. While most of her training had been for solo combat, she had picked up a few songs for group support. She would move where she could to maximize the number of creatures in range, then she would start to play. All those who could hear the song would find themselves reinvigorated, it wouldn't heal wounds or remove pain, it would just give them more energy to keep going, like a surge of adrenalin.

So long as her music was not interrupted, the effect would continue. Those who stopped hearing the music, either because she was stopped or because they moved too far away, would feel the benefit fade quickly.

(Blu)

Blu cursed under his breath when he saw the dragon took relatively no damage from his rifle. He realized he was far from done doing revisions on his weapon if there were still creatures strong enough to survive it.

He turned its power up to max, reloading as he left the house so he could be ready to fire again once at a safe distance. He would move wherever he could get at least partial cover, then train his weapon on where the dragon had been, ready to fire again once it came out into the open.

The dragon would slowly crawl out of the rubble he crashed into.

It would crack it's head and starts to loosen it's shoulder.

It would start to growl loudly so the ponies outside would hear him displeased.

Shallow would growl back, but hers was a bit cute than the dragon's monstrous growl.

Lyra would be alarmed and ready herself while checking everyone.

"Blu, those were nice reflexes and aim. Bonbon would be so proud of you if she saw that. But seeing that your magic didn't work and my shadows couldn't even pierce it at maximum power.... Im afraid we are at a very high disadvantage." She gulped.

" Let me take a bite of him! Theres no way i can't tear off that bastard." Shallow growled.

"My student. I do not doubt your bite.... But i would not risk another one to fall right infront of me. So please help Silver.

"Now go! And deliver him to the castle!"

Shallow at first would be disheartened but quickly sees the practicality of Lyra's commands.

She would then grab and place Silver at her back and look back at everyone.

" Save some for me I'll be back shortly." Her final words before dashing towards the castle.

As the remaining group is preparing for the dragon's next move, Lyra would gently say to him with a hint of fear in her voice.

" You should join them back at the castle... Don't worry i can handle this dragon." She smiled gently.

This would immediately be interrupted by a silhouette dashing towards the sky.

This would distract Lyra and grab it's attention.

Blu, with his quick thinking and military skills and deduction could see that it doesn't even resembled the dragon's bodies silhouette. It looked like a table was thrown in the air.

But the walls of the building thats between them and the dragon would explode due to a projectile piercing through it and once more causing another cloud of dust for the dragon to hide in.

The projectile, upon closer inspection was a chunk of the building making it into a cannon shot towards Lyra.

She would block it with her shadow magic successfully but would not notice that the dragon is behind the chunk of the thrown projectile, already pouncing towards her with its claws already ready to crush her head.

Her attempts to save everyone was successful. Everyone around her was filled with hope and vigor that everyone was giving their all to defend the castle.

Not long enough the barrier can successfully block all the incoming shards.

The creature floating above seems to notice that non of it's shards are piercing through anymore. And it seems the raining shards stopped. The creature tried to physically touch it but it seems to repel it away. The creature looked stumped on what to do next.

Everyone within the walls gave a sigh of relief

But an explosion on the other side of the castle would be heard and the floating creature starts to make its retreat back to the clouds.

Insctinctively and without giving it a thought, Shamrock darted in a split second and tackled Lyra out of the way. He felt a sharp pain along with a crack as he accidentally droped what looked like a rubber ball. He had dislocated his shoulder. Either way, he was in danger at the moment and he just rolled out of the way once he touched the ground.

Suddenly, the ball ignited into a continous, bright white flame. It was so bright it could light up all within the dust clouds, allowing anyone to see silouhettes of anything inside the dust.

"Ow ow ow ow ow ow..." Shamrock was flinching as he tried to spot the dangerous creature while he tried to stand up.

Fuoco would stop playing once she saw that the creature was leaving, hopefully the loss of her boost wouldn't cause the shield to fail.

She would take a few minutes to recover, then go about where she could playing the spell she had used on Scootaloo to accelerate her natural healing in small amounts around any wounded still in the courtyard, helping them get inside if they were able.

(Blu)

Blu was very much one who would normally run from this sort of fight, but the Kernel was in the basement, and he wasn't going anywhere without it.

Blu fired as soon as the dragon left the building, trying to aim for the beast's eye (Which could server to further the blinding effect already on the dragon from the update)

As the second shot likely didn't do more than stun the dragon, he picked a bullet that had been engraved with explosive runes. While the triggered explosion likely wouldn't penetrate the dragon's natural armor, he hoped the blast would be enough to knock it out. Maybe some real damage if he could get it inside the dragon's mouth.

He would recharge the rifle as quick as he could and wait for the best opportunity to fire.

The dragon was able to cover himself with his wings, but Blu's shot was already set to max, causing it to pierce thru its thin layer of wings eventually hitting its eye with reduced effects. Even so it would still pierce through ots eyelids and eventually take out one of its eyes.

The dragon screams in pain and flew up high as quickly as possible.

Now the dragon is a spec of dust above the sky.

Meanwhile Lyra would get back to her senses and thank the stranger.

"... Hey are you alright? Thanks for the save back there."

Shed then give the okay signal to Blu with her hooves. It would've been effective if she had fingers.

" Okay everyone i think we all know we can't beat that thing and we need to run while we still can."

Lyra would offer her hooves to the stranger who saved her.
