Awesome, I haven't heard all of thoe bands, but I know Eluveite, saw them in concert 2 years ago With Amon Amarth and Holy Grail Actually, that was my first exposure to them, and now i'm hooked, freaken awesome.

 

But i shall look up the other bands when i have more time, any song recomendations?

I'm surprised you don't know Opeth, they're pretty big. Anyway, my favorite album from them is Watershed, I'd definitely recommend it.

 

Arcturus and Helheim are both Viking metal, and I must confess I haven't listened to either in awhile, so I couldn't give you album recommendations. I do prefer Acrturus, though.

Opeth is pretty cool, I think I may have heard some of there stuff before, and just not known the band.

Quo Vadis was pretty good, but I wasn't all the impressed.

I didn't hear much of Arcturus that I liked all that much, a few cool sounding songs, but not much.

Helheim was pretty awesome actually, I really liked Asgaard Falls part 1.

 

Have you ever heard of Alestorm? They're a pretty awesome Scottish Pirate Metal Band.

And the only band i have ever heard that makes a Keytar sound good.

I've met Captain Dan in person. He was at the Pirate Festival my town puts on.

They've got a pretty awesome Logo there, and a nice rift leading into the song. Not the greatest of vocals (in my opinion), but nice guitar work and awesome drum beats.

My favorite metal genre is folk and power metal. I would label these guys as my favorite folk band but they only have one album. I've been waiting like, 7 years for them to release the next.

Wintersun is awesome! And if you like them I think you may also like Ensiferum, they have a simular style.

I downloaded a few of their albums! I quite like them! I actually got to see them live for the Finnish Metal Tour. Finntroll was the main band, but Ensiferum was awesome. They put on a show like they were the main act. And it was even more awesome that I got to be right there in the front. The stage only came up to your shins so I got hit with long blonde hair the whole time, haha!

Awesome, I want to go to an Ensiferum Concert, I am jealous.

Finntroll is pretty awesome too though.

 

Thats kind of like what The Amon Amarth concert was like that I went too, Holy Grail was good and owned the Stage, Eluveite cam in and blew them away and made the stage theres and fortified it so it would be hard to take it from them, but then Amon Amarth came in as the main attraction and ripped them from the lime light. Eluveite was fucking awesome and got me into their music with the first song.

And In that because i skipped getting a shirt before the concert and waited till after i got first pick of where to stand, so I was front row right in front of the Amp.
