do you sleep in the complete dark?

I have my room completely dark with eclipse curtains. I do turn on the air when I go to bed, it helps with the tindinitis.

Yeah instead it looks like a horror movie with the red light on when looking from the outside

I do not sleep in total darkness... its sometimes I have my tv going (with a movie or somethings) but 100% of the time I have my bat signal up.

Oh yeah, I sleep in total darkness. I close my windows and door to stop any outside light from coming in.

I hate utter blackness in my bedroom whilst sleeping, I always have a small lamp turned on for comfort, not too bright lights mind you.
