Can Luna?

So, I'm new here and i wanted ti ask you something...can Luna control stars? Or just the moon? Since she can enter everybody's dreams, I tought that maybe she is not only princess of the moon but princess of the night, and the stars are part of the night, can she control the stars?

From where I am now, I don’t think she can. Remember, the Sun is a star so that may be Celestia’s job.

Yes indeed you may have a point but i was thinking, we all know that Celestia is stronger than Luna, maybe that's the reason of her being taller? Idk...but we just know that Celestia is stronger, so yeah, the Sun is a star, but maybe it's too big for Luna, and Luna maybe doesn't have so much power to control it. So maybe she can control the stars but not the sun.

But the only reason the Sun is bigger is because it”s closer. The Sun, to the best of my knowledge, is in the bottom half of the stars. The stars we see at night are much bigger
