Yea I'm gonna have to say Discord or Tirek's father that Discord mentions and can see a little in the comics. 

Discord mentions he goes way back with the Smooze. 

If Grogar was an actual being perhaps him because even Sombra says "I've heard of you" 

as for characters in the comics idk and i dont care lol

I think the oldest canon character is Applejack. She's been around since Gen 1.
