A little bit of info on the chakra points within the hands.

The hands can be used a point to cleanse and otherwise "heal" the living energy of the person or animal or even food.

Yes even food can still have some living energy which I will explain here briefly.

In regards to food it is important to feel it out with your own energy. There are usually 1 of 3 things you will feel: the first is the food has a feeling of vibrant heat. This is very good and it means that the food is very healthy and wholesome. There is a lot of living energy in the food in other words.

The next is if the food feels like warm. This food should be healed. Place your hands over the food and begin to get in a meditative state of mind, next feel the energy of heaven coursing through the top of your head near where the God chakra point is.

After that direct the energy down to where your hands are and feel it flowing out of your hands and I to the food.

Just let the energy work on the food until the food energy feels hit again.

Finally, if the food feels cold or dead then it means you should simply avoid it: the energy in that food is dead and at best will not help you and at worst it could be dangerous to your health. The food could be unnatural, it could be toxic etc. Whatever the case, the food should be avoided like plague. It can be healed and desired but it's likely more trouble than it is worth.
