As the four ate, Coco would nod to Swift with a smile "T-that's great to hear, I will be able to get some scarves made for you, maybe..pair them with a pair of flying goggles and a flying suit?" she would suggest, clearly getting excited about her new project.

Rarity would smile "Oh my, aren't you a charmer, Trilby darling" she would say with a light giggle, "But thank you, I quite appreciate the compliments" she says, then smiling a bit more, listening to Coco and Swift's discussion "It fills my heart with joy to see Coco so passionate about this, she's been a bit burnt out with her usual proejcts, so this giving her a new passion for fashion, well it's wonderful" she would say, then looking to Evelyn "Oh..oh no, that is sad indeed"

Evelyn would nod, "It says it happened 50 years ago, so if it is her spirit, she has been here for quite some time" she'd tell everyone, before continuing "And it would appear that you and I think quite alike, Swift, I've set up some infrared motion cameras in the cold spots, as well some detection devices" she would tell them "We wil still need to go around with EVP devices and our own cameras." she smiles a little "As for what an Annabelle situation is, well..a couple had found a raggedy Anne doll at a thrift store, and bought it for their daughter who was a nurse. At first it was all good, but soon, little things like things going missing, the doll bein in places they were sure it wasn't, started happening. Later, a 'spirit' came to the daughter through the doll, and claimed to be the spirit of a little girl, and so the daughter invited it into their home via inhabitating the doll..only to find out short after, it wasn't a spirit of a little girl, but instead a demon"

Trilby smirks and raises his glass to Rarity, giving her cheers for her work, then turns back to his friends. "Well I'm no talking dog, and I don't need any snacks named after me, but I'm willing to be the bait that lures out the spirit. Whatever you need me to do, just let me know."

Swift Wings would immediately light up at that suggestion. "Oh my gosh, flight suits and flight goggles! That's brilliant! I don't know how you do it, but it's like you can read my thoughts that I can't put into words. I love it!" Swift Wings exclaimed.

"So, um, does that mean supernatural phenomena show up on inferred cameras?" Swift Wings asked Evelyn. "What should we be looking for?"

Coco would smile "You're very welcome a-and thank you for the compliments" she would say, listening to the others "O-oh dear, that situation does sound dangerous, demons are quite scary" she would say as Rarity puts a hand on hers and smiles "It's alright darling I don't think we have any demons here, and if it is a spirit, then our friends here will help it to cross over to the other side" she reassures her.

Evelyn smiles as she looks to her friends "Well Tribly, that's good to hear, as much as I loved Scooby Doo as a filly, this is a lot more serious than a badguy in a disguise" she would say to him and then looks to Swift "Well yes and no, not all spirits will show up on the camera, but if it is what I think it is, then yes, she likely will" she says, then looking a bit more serious to them "As for demonic activity, I would need to contact either the church of Celestia or the church of Luna to get permission to perform a exorcism"

After finishing up their dinner and saying goodnight to Coco and Rarity, watching them leave, Evelyn would run Swift and Trilby through everything they needed to do "Alright, luckily, this is a smallish area, so it's great for training the two of you" she would tell them in the van "First off, I put up cameras in various places, some are static motion activated cameras, which I put in areas that Swift had suggested, but I also put up some video cameras in the areas that everyone has said they had seen things being moved, so hopefully we can catch activity on those as well." she begins "I've also set up certain devices in some areas, where if there is spiritual activity it will let us know" she smiles, giving out two headbands with video cameras attached "These will also document everything we do, and now, as it is a small area, there's really no need to split up, thankfully" she then gets out a EMF metre and a temperature reader "this is an EMF metre, if there is any spiritual stuff going on, it will light up, and let us know, as for this, this is just a temperature reader, it will let us know if the cold spots are supernatural or natural" and finally, she gets out the EMP recorder "and this, is a EMP recorder, it will, sort of let us talk to any spirits here, if there are any" she stretches and sips on a can of soda she had opened.

Trilby lines up, ready for their first night mission. Though he does use some cartoon physics to quickly change from his current hat to a safari style pith helmet.

Taking the headband, Trilby straps it to his helmet. A tight, but perfect fit. "Ooh~ I volunteer to use either the EMF meter or the EMP recorder. Whatever scouting around you need me to do, I'm ready."

"I see," Swift Wings nodded as they reflected on what was mentioned. "Well I suppose we all hope we'll see her appear on the cameras..."

"Ok, everything else makes sense, but I thought it would always be bad to split up when dealing with the supernatural, even in large areas?" Swift Wings asked as they adjusted the headband.

Evelyn just shakes her head but then chuckles "Alright then Trilby, how about you hold the EMF reader and a temperature reader" she would say, handing the two devices to him, before looking to Swift and nodding "Well you're right there, Swift, even in big areas, it's a bad idea to split up" she would say, handing a portable monitor to them "Here, this way we can keep an eye on the motion cameras while exploring" she would say, making her way to the first cold spot, looking at her temperature reader.

Trilby smiles and pulls Swift into a hug. "Magic, my dear friend~! Unicorn magic!" Trilby explains, lifting his hat to show off his horn. When he pulls away from the hug, Swift soon finds that he now has a corndog in his hooves.

Trilby says and runs forwards into the unknown, so eager to begin that he completely missed the part about not splitting up.

Swift Wings would take the portable monitor and then follow Evelyn to the spot she wanted to observe. Once there, Swift Wings would glance back and forth between what the motion cameras were seeing and the temperature reader. "What does it say?" Swift Wings asked.

"Wha...?" Swift Wings would exclaim, glancing at the corn dog that was somehow balanced on top of the portable monitor in their hooves. They would glance back and forth between the corn dog and Trilby in surprise.

Evelyn would blink "I swear, that stallion never ceases to amaze me" she would say, texting Trilby to come back. She shakes her head and then smiles a little "Well, he's enthusiastic, that's good" she would say, monitoring her handheld monitor. She then looks to Swift "You doing okay over there?" she asks them.
