That way we can all take turns driving" she suggests, starting the engine, "You'll also find folders with information on the jobs we have in Manehatten, including the one at my..my parents' old house" she would say "along with your VIP passes to any of my band's gigs and concerts" she smiles and hums as she begins the drive. "I have my license!" she would say showing it to her friends, it was a cute photo of her in the picture making a cute happy grin. She stuffed away and climbed in the van and picked out one of the seats to sit in one of the seats, looking at the beds and how nice it was inside of the van. What kind of professional would I be if I didn't have my license?" He says playfully. He admires Collapse's license. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. Wow, wow, wow. We got a license~" Trilby hums a tune, making himself comfortable. "...Oh, Rarity is in town? Well, I hope the rumors are true that she's actually nice. I've met so many fashion designers that have been really cold to me. They wouldn't dare help out a designer like me. As for Rarity's personality, I've heard she is very friendly, I mean,she is known to be the Element of Generosity and she started out as an indipendant designer and seller from Ponyville, so I assume she'll be very friendly" she'd say, then turning to look at Collapse's licene, "a cute photo for a cute mare" she would say, turnign the engine on and driving off "Luckily for us, Manehatten isn't that far, a few hours at most" she smiles "It's later on, where we'll need to take turns" she says. Indeed it only took a few hours, 5 at most for the trio to arrive in Manehatten and at Evelyn's dad's music shop. Stretching after turning the engine off and unbuckling her seatbelt she smiles and texts Swift Wings to let them know they've arrived "Hey Swift, we're in Manehatten now, at my dad's shop, if you know of The Hard Rock Music Store, that's where we are, if not, here's the adress, we'll have dinner waiting for everyone. Eve~" After sending the message, she'd smile "alright Collapse, Trilby, lets go, Time for you to meet my dad and my sister, well to be truthful, Alex is my legal guardian, and Caramel is my adopted sister" she smiles, and gets out of the van, going to the entrance of the store "Dad, Caramell, I'm ho.." she begins to call out just as a caramel brown mare bowls into her. She laughs and hugs her sister "Hey Caramel, I've missed you too" she says, laughing still as her sister helps her up "I'm home, and I brought friends" she would say, "Trilby, Collapse, this is my sis, Caramel. Caramel, this is my friends Trilby and Collapse, they're gonna help me with my work" she tells her. Caramel smiles "Its so good to have you home sis, it's been so lonely" she would say a bit sadly but would then brighten up immediately at the mention of friends "Hey Trilby, Collapse, welcome to our humble store and home, any friend of Eve's is a friend of mine" she would say, giving the two a big hug "Sis, Dad's in the kitchen" she would say "I'll go tell him you're back" she'd say, skipping away to the kitchen. After confirming the address on their phone, they would fly over to The Hard Rock Music Store. "Hello there. Collapse knew she was cute, tried to act cute - and tried to get others to call her cute. She was indeed, a yellow happy mare and wanted the world to see it. A place like this has just as much personality as he does! However, entering this place gives him an even BIGGER surprise than what he was expecting! Though it took him by surprise, he gladly hugs Caramel back. "Pleasure to meet you. Now this is my kind of greeting! Surrounded by beautiful mares, accompanied by a good friend, and wearing my best fashion... I'm definitely living my best life so far." Trilby says with a slight, cheeky giggle. Sphinx-Ara 3,517 March 31 Author Share March 31 @Samurai Equine @Props Valroa @Skylight Scintillate After Evelyn greeted Swift when they arrived, she could hear a clatter of dishes as Trilby said 'beautiful mares' which made Evelyn giggle a little "uh oh, I think she heard you, Trilby, she's very self conscious about how she looks" she would say softly, before leading the trio up the stairs to the bedrooms, "plenty of room for air beds and a fold out sofa in my room" she'd tell them, opening the door to her room which was typical of a teenage mare's room, with posters of her favorite celebrities, figurines, her king sized bed covered in plushies and a sleeping fluffy cat and a malamute puppy, along with all her music equipment, desk, gaming setup and investigation equipment. After they are settled, she'd open up her laptop and go to her files for the boutique, "Now, as you all know, we will be going to the Manehatten location for Rarity's Carousel Boutique tomorrow, this job could take anything from a day to a couple of days. Coco Pommel had reported odd sounds at night, and things either being moved or misplaced as well. We could either be looking at a Poltergeist or a prankster from the corporeal realm" she tells them "and yes, we won't just be meeting Rarity and Suri Polomare as well." Trilby examines the room to make sure there will be room for everypony or if he'll need to sleep in the van. Sitting beside Evelyn on her bed, he looks over at the laptop. "Poltergeists... "I look forward to meeting Coco, Rarity and Suri. If we do find a Poltergeist or something strange what do we do with it?" Usually loud noises and objects being moved or destroyed. They often sometimes even do things like levitate ponies" she would say with a shiver hten smiles to Collapse, smiling more as she sees her cute yawn "Assuming that we will be dealing with a poltergeist and not some pranksters or some silly racoons, what Trilby brought with him is a good start, then I will need to do my best to get the spirit to move onto the spiritual realm, and then cleanse the area with burning some sage" she says, turning back to Trilby "I have cameras fitted with night vision, as for Ouija Boards, I refuse to use those, the reason is that they are very dangerous, you do not know who or what the spirit you are talking with is, and a lot of spirits that come through are tricky and can lure you into a false sense of security before enacting their intents onto the pony or ponies who summoned them." she would say, another shiver. "I have all the other equiptment however, EMF readers, Parabolic microphones, Holy water and symbols, motion sensors, Dot sensors, and Spirit Boxes" she lists off, then looks to her three friends "Now, one thing you need to know about me, I am..sensitive to the spirit realm, and that means I am susceptible to being posessed. Normally I can come out of a possession myself, how-ever...there are times I cannot, in which case, I want you to call this number, she is a Priestess of the Moon" she says, giving them each a number to call. After that, she smiles and stretches, laying on her back on her bed "Now, you will also notice, I don't have many cameras, only the ones needed for investigations. I keep files on my investigations for prosterity, but I refuse to do anything like talk shows, post videos on the internet or have a show, I want to keep my profession just that, professional. I once saw a show about a supposed group of ghost hunters. It was just an hour of idiots screaming in an abandoned house, scaring themselves, and never truly find anything. No thanks~ Clearly there are some frauds out there." Trilby takes the new number and reviews it. "I wonder if I am also vulnerable to possession..." His natural curiosity for adventure is kicking in.
