NOTE: I'm not sure how canonically we should take these travel times; a lot of them feel to me like they're too short. But maybe that's because Equestria is actually much smaller than North America? The only one for which we might have confirmation within the show is probably between Canterlot and Ponyville (I'll have to look into that).
