The message screenshots are from yesterday so it makes sense giving the time and the person just wanted to play a little, but of course they had to delete it before things get worse. Still, the leaks are going everywhere now, many videos are explicitly showing content from the leaked video and I'm wondering for how long it's going to be up. That's actually pretty bad for Hasbro.

I was especting it was fake, and I posted it because I found it funny, but then I started wondering if was their actual answer, basically the why of my reply. If anything, I got it from /mlp/ so sorry if looked like I was spreading misinformation.

It's fine, I can't believe the catastrophic blunder I made yesterday from multiple people telling me the wrong information and it being difficult to verify what was actually going on from having restricted access to the sources posted. I just want something official to verify what's actually going on before I make up my mind on anything because calling this recent turn of events a migraine is an understatement.

I didn't expect to like it... But I kinda did, especially Desiree Goldenhoof, even if they toss everything else I hope they'll keep her. 

I can see a lot of potential in her an twilights dynamic and it's one twilight has never really had before.

I really would much rather have the camp cutie mark concept with new characters however... 

And the whole sorta game show weekly challenge setup is kinda lazy, but it's the sorta guardrails for story writing that may lead to overall higher quality because it makes things much easier to write.

I wonder if there will be a element of those who gain their cutie marks graduating and moving on from the camp? Maybe that when new camp members will come and replace them? That could be very interesting, actually... Just think how exciting it would be when a character you like gets their cutie mark, you'd be Happy for them but sad to see them go, and then the suspense of wondering who is gonna come and replace them? Maybe Fluttershy, Rarity, AJ, and everypony else could potentially make be added? Hopefully some new characters too...

 

Overall I think it has potential, it's not a proper 6th generation if they reuse old characters, but I still think it can be a fun show.

I know I'm late, but I would like to say, always doubt when a rumour/supposed leak shows up when a official/partially official announcement is made, I think it's very suspicious that this video popped up just a few days after the Spanish leak about the "Multiverse New Show" saying that a G4 x G5 was going to happen, you know, what if this is just a non-official production that a person or a group of fans worked on for months, and they decided to release it just now that there are strong rumours regarding a G4 x G5 crossover...very odd, I'm not saying that it's fake, but I think it would be more reliable if this popped up before that Spanish leak.

If the project that is going to bring back G1 was cancelled, then this could be contradictory to one of the latest announcements made by Hasbro, they are going to "revive" G1 through a lot of different media, unless they were also meant to do a animated production for it, but they ended up cancelling it, then what is said in that picture makes sense, also, "United Ponyverse" was already mentioned in those spanish leaks, which again, could mean that this is fake and they are just using stuff said by partially official announcements to make it sound legit, or it's indeed leaked information.

I believe the concept art is fake, mostly because it uses the 2016 G4 logo when MLP have a new logo that Hasbro is using for both G4 and G5. But I'm still wondering about the video.

I'm not a expert in the merchandise/product area, but actually that old logo is still used to this day in a lot of places (toy boxes, promos, etc...), so it's not weird that the concept art features that logo (it could be a placeholder too), the video and the image could represent two different states of development too, though I find it weird that they surfaced at the same time (and again, after the Spanish leaks about the multiverse, G4 x G5 stuff)
