There are some shots of what I am fairly certain are twilights childhood room in the season 1 episode "The Cutie Mark Chronicles" I can't think of any other scenes though there may be some thoughout the show.

It is, and with her parents being there I believe it is most likely her childhood house. she is seen studying there before being accepted into Celestia's school for gifted unicorns.

I was under the impression the house she lives in at the very start of the show is part of Celestia's school but it may very well be her childhood home, after looking at the first episode again it looks to be the exact same furniture at the very least

Note the ladder and book case on the left is the exact same as the one in the second picture I sent in my previous message and the shelf on the right with potions is also the same, you can also see the same strange red machine in both images, though she could have brought all of these things with her if she moved, hard to be sure.

So you're telling me after she got her cutie mark and gotten into princess Celstia school she still lived in that house?? So that means her parents much be rich

No that's not exactly what I'm trying to say  she definitely lived in that big house after being taken on as Celestia's protégé but I am not currently sure if she lived in that specific big building prior.
Twilight may have lived there the whole time or she might have moved her belongings into it when starting her studies, if Twilight did move there it says more for how much wealth / influence Celestia has, though if Twilight did live there prior It is safe to say her family is indeed well off.
