gaming Pit of 100 Trials

How do you all beat that?? Like....It seems hard. It's in paper mario TTYD and i know some people beat it. 100 floors of enemies, give me advice of how you beat it!!

 

Oh and I ask this now, I heard a rumor that in one of the floors, if you dont do anything, you will get sucked in the floor and lose all your data...is that true??

Yeah...it was harder then the final boss even.

 

Hmm, I reccommend bringing many Jelly Ultras and have a lot of time on your hands because I don't believe you can save it.

 

Getting to the bottom is the easy part, beating "Bonetail" the boss at the bottom is the hard part.

 

I also reccommend power leveling until like level 50+. I never beat the Pit, the boss killed me because I was too weak...

May have been a glitch, never heard of it though.... Sprinkles if you want to finish that pit of 100 you honestly have to lvl up a lot. Took me awhile to finish that when I played TTYD. Great game though.

Oh, I remember this game...

Can't remember which level I was when I beat it, but I'd say 30's?

I would recommend you not level up to max level because as I recall, you get free heals every time you level up.

 

Also, as Chigens said, bring Jelly Ultras, Life Shrooms and healing and FP regenerating items too.

The tedious part was getting there, as it takes about 2 hours or something.

And the boss battle wasn't hard if you could just avoid it's most damaging attacks, by using Vivian's ability and learning it's patterns; I think he could poison you, so bring something for that. lol

 

As for badge setup, probably Power and health increasing ones, heart and flower finders and regenerating ones (Happy heart? or something like that).

 

I did that pit thing twice (I wasn't expecting a boss and died lol) and I didn't get any glitches.

I loved TTYD, but I never had the patience to beat even the last boss. o^o I probably would've if the cutscene had been skippable.
