(OOC: Thought these looked really fun, so I wanted to try! I made a few little gifs of her too that she can respond with. Petalstar is a unicorn who travels Equestria and beyond, residing almost solely in her tent wherever she sets it up. While she might come off as a bit spacey and ditzy, she really does enjoy meeting new ponies. If you want to know more about her, you can check my profile!)

I'd like to ask what sort of neat things you bring with you on your travels? I imagine you cant bring too much lest it all becomes real heavy.

"It depends, really...I enjoy camping in open meadows when the weather's nice. Something about waking up and stepping outside to be surrounded by flowers is really peaceful. I tend to prefer grassy or wooded areas generally, deserts are too sandy! And hot..."

"Mostly snacks, I'd say. It's easiest to bring a ton because I usually go through them quickly..."

"Oh, but I do bring the occasional trinket too. A pearl necklace from Seaquestria, a beaded saddle from Saddle Arabia, gold bracelets from Yakyakistan...if my packs get too heavy, then I'll just give some away at my next stop. I'm okay with giving away souvenirs because I know I'll return one day. Other than that, I mostly just bring my essentials. My pack is enchanted to carry more than it looks like it can, so I usually bring a few pillows, a blanket, a canteen for water, and maybe a small tool or too for survival."

"It's a difficult question...I love going everywhere! But a recent favorite of mine was Hippogriffia. It was a bit of a climb to get to the top of Mount Aris, but the sight was just so pretty, and the Hippogriffs were very friendly! I'd enjoy going back again, but not for awhile. Currently I'm trying to figure out a way to travel Cloudsdale..."

"I've had Pickle for a while, since I was a little foal...I was a bit hungry when I named him. I actually first got him in Ponyville. My parents made a small stop there to stock up on supplies, but somehow I got lost. I was a bit of a scaredy-pony back then so I immediately started bawling, of course. An older mare stopped to comfort me and gave me a plush bunny before helping me find my parents. I've had Pickle with me ever since!"

Not really anything to ask, just here to say that your arts are awesome OverTheStars, I really like them a lot, the art style is cute and the colors / filter give it a 80/90s aspect in my opinion, I love that, and Petalstar is beautiful. Please continue sharing your amazing work ~☆

Thank you so much !! 80s - 2000s shoujo anime and manga has been a huge inspiration to me in my style. I adore your artwork too, it does a great job of capturing a similar vibe and I think the colors always pop and flow together really well
