G4 move foreshadowing G5????

I noticed in the g4 movie that the noses, heads, and bodies of ponies were rounder and more 3d than FiM. The g4 movie also used Toon Boom instead of Adobe Flash for animation, which signified an upcoming upgrade in animation quality. Would it be possible for these signs in the g4 movie to have foreshadowed the g5 movie and make your mark?

Something I did notice is that in the g4 movie, the ponies’ hooves are heart shaped.
