If we’re talking about the alternate timelines from the season five finale, they probably wouldn’t exist at all due to the fact that in each timeline, a different villain rules Equestria.

I'm going to assume the village exists regardless, and explore what would happen to it when present for each event.

Sombra - Twilight states that the Crystal Empire takes up half of Equestria.

If the dark crystals are an indication of the adjusted borders, then we can see that Sombra's forces have taken over that area. To be fair, it's just south of the Crystal Mountains, so they didn't have very far to go. The ponies of "Our Town" are most certainly enslaved.

Nightmare Moon - The isolation of Our Town means it's probably self sustained for the most part. You can do away with a lot and do a lot with a little when living a simpler life. Everlasting night would arouse some curiosity to what's going on outside of the village. Starlight being the brave micromanaging cult leader she is would venture out and discover the truth. Given her lack of true respect upon meeting Princess Twilight, I suspect she'd find herself in trouble pretty quickly under the reign of Nightmare Moon. However, the other ponies with their conformist ideology would adjust quickly and probably live more comfortable lives than most under the watchful eyes of a few Lunar Guards. After all, they've given up so much, they don't have anything to lose.

Discord - The Town is buried in a storm of streamers flowed by a flashflood consisting of chocolate milk. They never saw it coming.

Chrysalis - The village isn't the furthest settlement away from the Hive, but it's isolated enough that it could take a little longer to find. However, it would be extremely easy to infiltrate, and the residents would quickly be captured and brought to a more central location.

Tirek - Look up "planet glassing"

Flim Flam Brothers - The village succumbs to the flurry or items suddenly made available when a train that lays down its own tracks comes straight through town. Overwhelmed by the marvelous wonders on offer, at a discount no less! They become addicted to purchases to the point of selling off their properties. A factory for said goods is built and for a time they happily work in order to obtain the very things they're building. However, their habits outstanding their wallets, and the town is eventually foreclosed.

Alternatively, the town rejects the brothers, who sue them out of existence.

Wasteland - Sandy place gives way ti the sands of time.
