Needs about 11 more herbs. I had so many jokes to go with on this one.

It's pretty good for a first time. What did you use?

EDIT: THE EYES SCREAM MURDER. Just don't. Look. Into. The EYES.

Considering this is your first ever pony picture, this is excellent! It's on-model and everything!

If you're looking for some constructive criticism, your lines are a bit shaky. That'll correct itself with more practice, though.

Again, this is superb! Keep it up. :3

Really good for your first MLP drawing. I can tell you used a reference because I've seen this pose in the show before. Here's somethings you should study over for about a week, plus a few notes about working digitally.

Tablet or mouse? And which tablet, if you don't.

Also, I've never used Paint.NET, but I'm guessing it's a lot like SAI. Does it have a stabilizer?

Things to learn:

Drawing with volume. (Use basic volume shapes/prisms as guidelines, don't use 2D shapes like Squares and triangles unless an object is flat.)

How to center the eyes. (I found a good tutorial on this about year ago if you want.)

NOTES:

Always export to .PNG when done, unless animating, then export to .GIF. (This is a quality thing.)

I use Paint.NET too. . . but I still cant draw as good as that, granted the jpg quality.

You should work on your lines a little bit, but other then that its a good drawing. ;)

JPG basically compresses the pictures and introduces new colour pixels; therefore, the quality is lowered because the picture seems blurry.

Did I mention that PNG pictures allow you to keep transparency? This is good for shading and/or transparent backgrounds/vectors.

Oh, also, that looks good for a first attempt. I don't use any computer programs so I don't have anything to complain on. Maybe some more shading on the back legs? XD

Why did you draw a chicken?

All joking aside, that's a pretty good first drawing. It looks pretty much like how she does in the show.

It's ironic how I fall just to get back up again...
