Suddenly the chamber locked down with energy barriers.

Red looked through from the other side, "If you go through these scanners, you will explode, so will any weapons you fire. You cannot escape."

 

A thought appeared in Eggmare's head suddenly he opened the cockpit and got on his knees "I-I surrender! I'll do anything you want, I'll give yo all my remaining ships I'll become your lead inventor!! Just please go easy on me!" Eggmare pleaded knowing what was about to happen.

 

[And I don't don't mean to be talking OOC but I'll really only do it once. I am planning on doing something in my next post don't like kill him or anything]

Actually, the energy field surrounds you completely (It forms a circle around you but you can only see it at the doors or if you blast a hole in the side) And if you pass through it, you don't actually explode instantly, you just inflate until you either blow up or go back through the shield. I would recommend that Eggmare falls back into the room because he inflates, then metal sonic has to disable the scanner.

Eggmare suddenly inflated rapidly, making Metal Sonic let go of him, dropping him back into the ship. "Well...shit" Metal quickly scans the ship for weak points and a way to shut the grid off.
