request Sompeony willing to draw my OC

Hey everypony, I'm looking for somepony to draw my OC casting a magic spell. I would prefer it to be in the online normal MLP animation, but hand-drawn is completely acceptable as well. I'm no artist so I can't do it myself. If somepony would like to do it please let me know. There is deadline and the artist is allowed to take as much time as they need. I could either draw or pixelize him, drawn I could do a different pose. I could also vector him, but it would look exactly the same as how he is now.

 

Also, whats the deadline?

I would prefer for him to be vectored but in a better pose but if that's not possible then draw him. A color drawing please and I would like it within one to two weeks. Anymore questions let me know.
