Not to ripoff the other eleventy gillion people doing nuzlock runs on this here site, I decided to do one of Emerald. Because I like Emerald. And I can.

If you don't know what a nuzlock run is, than it'd better yourself to look it up.

SO LET'S START THIS THING UP, BRROOO!

--Chapter 1--

So anyway, I start up a new file and this Birch guy talks to me. I dunno why we're floating in space but I'll ignore that for now. He welcomes me and tells me his name, the usual stuff.

"Sorry, I can't make out your gender from over here," he says. "Could you confirm it for me?" Well I guess it's good that he asks, because gender identity problems. I pick the female trainer and name her Pichu.

"All right, are you ready?" he says. Ready for what? I think to myself. "SHRINK RAY GO!" he yells, and I'm teleported to a moving truck. Seriously, mom, I had to ride with the clothes and furniture? I hop out and meet my mom. She takes me inside after telling me some stuff, and I proceed into my room, meanwhile, my friend skypes me about how he got banned from some game called Elsworld. I respond, 'kay,' and walk away. I set the clock. 8:42 PM. I walk downstairs and holy crap my dad's on TV! He lives and sleeps in a small room where people come and do enslaved animal fights, so seeing him is not often. Too bad, he wasn't on. I walk next door, to meet some kid. The generic looking mother confronts me for breaking in, but it's okay, I'm her neighbor. I walk upstairs. I see a Pokeball and some jerk walks in. "Hey...! You..." He gasps. "You're our neighbor!" He yells. "You're a girl?!" What a jerk. I think to myself. "I thought you'd be guy, being the son of a gym leader and all. My name's Brendan. So, hi, neighbor!" ..."Hey, don't you have a Pokemon?" I shake my head 'no'. He replies excitedly, "Do you want me to catch you one?" I hit him. "Yowch!" I walk out, "Idiot." I mutter. I walk up north and I see a little kid. "OHEMGEE SCARY POKEMON GO HELP THAT GUY!!!!!!!!!!!" she yells. I go up north and I guy is being chased by THE HORRORS OF A LEVEL 2 ZIGZAGOON. He tells me to take a Pokemon.Fine, whatever. I take out a random Pokeball and throw it at the ground.

Out comes a weird red chicken thing. "Toooorchic!" it yells. I think I'll name it Cella. Because, you know, why not?

I tell Cella to attack the Zigzagoon. It dies.

Then I realized that I probably should end the chapter here. Because it's way too long already. I'll try to name other Pokemon after forum members, I swear!

Cool now I don't have to do Emerald [even though I might anyway because it's my third favorite game.]

 

Wait did you already pass the point where you name your starter? Because if you didn't then name him Red. If you did name a different Pokemon Red.

Aww, I already saved after naming my Torchic. But I'll name the next Pokemon I catch Red.

Wow, I like your dialogue, it's quite good I've never beaten emerald, but I've beaten both Ruby and Sapphire. I say you're off to a great start. Keep it up!
