I consider Sleepless in Ponyville and Parental Glidance Scootaloo episodes. Of all CMC's, only Applebloom had some solo episodes like Call of the Cutie, The Cutie Pox, Family Appreciation Day, Bloom and Gloom. I think it's because she is the central role and a representation of the whole CMCs. But I think they could have had more of Scootaloo's story and explored more of her character because she has a potential to make good episodes, besides something about her relationship with Rainbow Dash. And for that matter, Sweetie Belle needs a solo episode of her own that has less to do with Rarity too.

Scoots character has been developed in these nine seasons of the show. She's since 'Sleepless in ponyville' my fav. CMC. I consider this a Scoots episode just like 'Flight to the Finish', 'Parental Glideance', 'The Washouts' and 'The Last Crusade'. Granted I have not settled my mind about this last one, but she got some episodes and development.
