I'm hosting a contest for people to make art of my OC Wingnut on dA with the top 3 art winning a sizeable chunk of my dA points. I'll just copy and paste the contest here.

 

Hey there peoples,

 

I've decided to hold a contest where I give away a decent chunk of my for the best drawings/vectors/digital art/paintings of my OC, Wingnut. She's a pegasus who's a real REAL big fan of the Cloudsdale Red Wings of the Equestria Hockey League (Detroit Red Wings - NHL ponified).

Here's the rules:

1. No rule 34, gore, grimdark, or anything considered mature

2. Light shipping is fine if its Wingnut x canon, Wingnut x your OC but follow rule #1

3. Wingnut at any age is fine, foal, filly, adult, even old geezer is cool

4. Feel free to have your OC in the picture with Wingnut if you like, she's down for making new friends

 

I'll choose the art I think looks the coolest and most awesome with some weight placed on accuracy of how Wingnut looks

 

To submit an entry, upload the picture on your dA then send me a note with the link to it.

 

Entries are due by 12:01 AM EST on Tuesday, August 7th.

 

1st Place - 250

2nd Place - 150

3rd Place - 100

Had to add a provision:

 

I refuse the right to reject entries that do not take the contest or the rules seriously

 

after receiving two "entries" by some clown trying to pass off a 4 second MS Paint scribble as art. *sigh* as long as free speech and anonymity on the internet is around, trolls sticking their worthless noses in other peoples' business will always exist.

And hells yeah she's a hockey fan because hockey is best sport (just unfortunately run by a lot of people who make questionable decisions)
