WinterBolt 56 December 28, 2011 Share December 28, 2011 Now that I'm all cozy here after making a few posts, I decided it was time to share some of my pony art with you all! First, my canon MLP fanart- And then three of my own pony OCs! Grayscale (the Pegasus), WinterBolt (The earth pony) and Ash Cloud (the Unicorn) Please, forgive me for the art spam here. Some is old, some is new, kindof mixed in there (The oldest are Big Mac, Fluttershy, and Rarity. The newest are Blueblood, Gray, Winter, and Ash.) This is actually -literally- almost all of the pony art I have done thus far, since I'm still a fairly new fan lol! But I'm aiming to have that change in the near future. (D'aww, Ash is gettin' all the love >w<) And to answer your question Appleshy, Big Mac, Fluttershy, and Rarity were done in Photoshop, and my OCs and Blueblood were done in SAI. Each picture didn't take me too long to do, maybe a couple of hours at the very most, while doing other things at the same time. If anypony is interested, I actually did a speedpaint of my picture of Rarity! There's something about the style that you used to draw that that really captures my interest. Big Macintosh is also nicely shaded, albeit it looks a tad blotchy. Good job on Fluttershy and Rarity! I enjoy in particular how you managed to render Rarity sewing which seems like it'd be sort of difficult anatomy-wise to capture. And your OCs! Winter Bolt and Ash Cloud are nicely designed. I like the little spots around Winterbolt's eye and cutie mark and Ash Cloud's rather realistic colouring. It looks like the colours of a real horse! In fact, he's rather fuzzy like a real horse. And gosh, thank you!
