Well it is still recovering from the taint of chaos and the temperatures can reach -100 F. Not to mention the deadly wildlife which would slaughter a human (the Northmen and the Sand people). Then there are the Mercii Hordes, which even though they are my kinsmen they are dangerous even to my pack for they still worship the God of Chaos, Lestirus. Then you have pirates that like to land on the shores of our grounds. Shall I continue...

Also Radiation and Taint is nothing compared to Chaos, for it can turn a mere hare into a beast strong enough to slay entire armies.

Aside from Tenpony Tower and formerly Friendship city (Which got blown up) their's been no "Thriving"
