Yes i do, He's a young filly, (Obviously) absolutely LOVES Muffins and cookies, Has a crush on scootaloo (LOL orange & blue babys?!?!?) and thats pretty much all the of a background story so far, im still trying to figure it out

Baker Dozen, since he likes things like muffins and cookies. Or maybe some other bakery-themed name. I assume he's a pegasus since he has a crush on Scootaloo?

Cookie Tin, Chocolate Chip, Sweet Tooth... I dunno, still not much to go on. Is there a certain direction you were kinda leaning toward, or are you open to anything? Maybe you should pound out a bit more of your story, first. Cuz if all you've got is "likes muffins and cookies," all you're really gonna get from us is names related to baked-goods.
