2000th post and youtube question

How do I get more veiws on my youtube? I've always wanted to get a partnetship with machinima and/or just be known, but I can't do that! All the other huge youtubers such as TheSyndicateProject or Whiteboy(he's gone downhill) are just walking over little youtubers like their stones.
