Maven felt woosy from exahstion, but Den was whole. With Den no longer in pain, Sapphire was freed up from her pain. They nodded to each other, and joined Nightfall and Sour Blossom, without fear or hesitation. They glared at the red tower of energy, waiting patiently.

"Y'know what?" Wits said. "I think you're bluffing. I'm sick and tired of you going on and on about how you are so powerful this and so powerful that. Put your money where your mouth is. PROVE to me that you are powerful that you are strong enough to do so. Otherwise, you're just blowing hot air like a colt who knows a couple of trick."

 

This was risky, and Wits new that it was but it was worth a shot."

((OOC: Sorry I'm really exhausted right now and I'm losing focus.))

 

Sour Blossom did nothing, but growl at Rando. Her whole body then covered in an even darker black color, hiding all her features. Her eyes shined with more red light emitting from them. And she was surrounded by a sudden ghostly aura, but when she growled at Rando, her teeth turned to a red color as well. Sour Blossom was just about to bite Rando's finger off.

Jack walked between Maven and Den. "Arrogant bastard." he said with a look of disgust, "Rando is still holding himself back. He thinks he can beat us without using his full strength. Well, maybe he can, but that wont stop me. I'm worried about the trees and he's being very inconsiderate."

Den looked at Jack, "You see the black mare out there? That's my marefriend. If you've got a plan, tell me how to help." Sapphire nodded vigorously, but Maven was bone-tired. She was looking pale, "Den, you have no idea just how close to death you were, do you? Don't do that again!" She snapped.

"The fact that you're taunting me only confirms that this is a trick." he said to Wits, "I need not prove anything to the likes of you, I just uprooted five trees with the force of my energy!"

 

Rando flicked Sour Blossom on the head. The flick came with the force of being hit by a truck.

Sour Blossom flew backwards for a long distance until she hit a boulder. She let out another bellow for all the pain she had just felt. Every bone in her body had shattered, but they were quickly reattaching themselves by a white aura. Sour Blossom got back up on her hooves and started running wildy towards Rando again.

 

Sour Blossom felt a sudden surge in her heart and she collapsed to the ground.

"It's like fighting a retarded brick! How many times do I have to throw her around?" he asked himself. He met Sour Blossom's charge with a flurry of powerful punches.

 

 

 

"If that thing is Cherry Blossom, she may already be dead," said Jack, "We have to take advantage of Randos arrogance and kill him before he reaches full power!" With that, Jack slit the skin on his right left leg and formed the same bloody sword he had used against Lapis Lazuli. "SWORD OF SCARS!"

"No, that's just Sour Blossom," he mumbles, then says, "Right behind you." Sapphire's horn glowwed and a sword made out of blue sapphire slid into reality. Den took it and sliced the riot shield down until it could be used on one hoof, then got behind Jack. He looked determined.

Rando seased punching Sour Blossom and faced his new opponents. "Just when I was starting to get bored. I admire your courage... Okay I just lied. Die now." He formed a block of ice in his right hand and blew razor sharp ice shards at them. "Shards of Winter!"

 

Jack managed to block most of them with a blast of chain lightning, but the remaining ones flew strait to Den and Sapphire.

 

Wasting no time, Rando dug himself into the earth and jumped up with a layer of dirt and rock on his skin. "Armor of Clay!"

"That move is so passe," Wits said. He did the same trick, pulling up clay around him to act as a magically empowered armor. "Only a real wizard can do it without shouting his intentions every time he needs to attacks." He proceeded to pull the magic out of the shards, weakening them significantly.

 

"Come at me, bro."

Den brought up his shield, blocking the rest. Sapphire's eyes glowed, and she turned into mist. Den absorbed her willingly; together they had a much more balanced spirit. But the willing exceptance did something unexpected. Their souls bled into eacother through their soul-bond and Den's sword glowed with Sapphire's reflection. "Focus Den!" (Soul Eater, anyone?)

"I see what your doing! But combining your spiritual energy is only delaying the inevitable you're still going to die!" He sprung into the air and dove to Den shoulder first at an incredible speed. The impact from this would be enough to create a large crater in the round. "Try my Meteor Attack!"

His eyes sparked and his hoof came up with uncanny speed. When the dust from the crater settled, he was dirty, but otherwise unharmed. Of course, Maven was now unconscious; she had put her song-shield up. He slashed at Rando, switching sword hacks with crushing blows from his riot shield.

Wits kept hacking at his aura. He was getting closer to the source, he was close to finding his secret, and then this battle would be all but over.

 

"Hey demon guy!" he shouted. "What's really angry at all out of power to use?" He prepared a kill switch for the aura.

Nightfall was standing by Maven. After he knew her vital signs were stable, he looked over. No, they needed his help... or he thought they might. Nightfall formed a deep blue sword that looked like lightning. It had worked.

"So the spirit cuffs worked... That's purely my energy..."

"Yeah, and they'll die. Let's get in there."

Nightfall charged.

Rando stood tall and allowed himself to be hacked at by Den. There was no point in blocking when he had his Armor of Clay. The strikes hit the layer of rock and did nothing. "I know all of your tricks." He said mainly to Wits, "And I can disguisse my wave length as well as my face. You're grasping at straws, ALL OF YOU ARE! You should have obeyed when you had the chance! Now you're going to die!" He took in a deep breath of air and exhaled a purple mist from his nose. The mist caused horrible coughing, itching and sweating to anyone but the summoner. "The Mist of Misery. You're biology is so weak. Only a truly inferior race can be killed by disease."

((OOC: Note that the peronalities of Cherry/Sour Blossom are just like emotions, but they should usually be referred to one pony.))

 

Cherry Blossom opened her eyes, once again revealing the horrifying, glowing red eyes. She let out another bloodcurdling howl as she got back on her hooves and started charging back at Rando. Cherry Blossom started panting like a wild animal and her whole body got even darker. Sharp black bones started to form outside, but on her wings as she continued to change monstrously. Though still maintained her female equine form and body.

Den jumped back from the purple smoke. The reflection of Sapphire appeared on the sword with her horn glowing, and Den slashed. The smoke broke away from the slash and seemingly separated around it. In the moments of respite he got from this attack, he looked over and saw Cherry Blossom transforming. It didn't really surprise him, but it made him nervous; could she remember him?

A mass of clay and rock accumulated on Rando's left arm. He waited for Cherry Blossom to get near him, and he swung at her left temple with a quick, but unbelievably powerful backhand. "Don't wear yourselves out before I can have my fun!" He commanded, "You're so fragile, I'm finding it hard to avoid killing you." He materialized a brush in his right hand and painted Gama's battle paint on any part of his flesh that wasn't covered by clay.

Nightfall still charged, making a small shield in front of him. He was moving quite quickly, and even a small shield would move most mist out of his way. He saw the demon put the paint on, so he aimed for his clay hoof. When he got close, he jumped up and swung his lightning sword down hard, in hopes of shattering the clay and possibly doing some damage.

Cherry Blossom flew backwards constantly until she hit a tree. She did not hesistate to stand back up and start running towards Rando again. As soon as she was in range, she tried to do a flip and land her backlegs on his torso, causing him to fall if this worked.

(Clay hand)

 

Rando heard the sound of crumbling rock and pulled his arm away. A considerable amount of his clay fist had chipped off, any deeper and he would have bled. "Interesting sword. It seems you prefer close combat. Let's see how close you can get now." He held his opened palm to the sky and red hot flames swirled around his body. The fire shot to the heavens and became a tower of inferno that engulfed Rando's body. (Cherry may wont to stop charging unless she's fire proof.)

((OOC: Cherry Blossom is kinda in a berserk-animal state in her behavior, so it would mean she would try to kill Rando in all means necessary. Even if it will get herself killed in the process.))

 

Cherry Blossom tried to tear off flesh from Rando once again as she tried to restrain his arms. Her forehooves started to catch on fire and they started to turn red the longer she kept them there. She let out another monstrous scream as she continued to try and push Rando down to make him vulnerable to attack. Her eyes angrily made contact with Rando's eyes as she was determined to smash his head open.

Nightfall backed off from the flame, but soon realized in order to get the demon, he would have to go in. He stepped back a bit, then jumped up, swinging the sword over his head for a mighty blow. He hoped he could hit the demon's head and make him either bleed out or die. Anything to kill the demon...
