Discord 5 minute drawing

Well here is a shitty 5 minute sketch of Discord, all that crap around his lower half is meant to be fog, the shading is dodgy I know.

The reason he is pointing and laughing is cause on the other side of the page is a unfinished sketch of the mane 6 and Luna. Enjoy

I think that it would be better if you spent some more time on it. But you did manage to draw a good drawing in just that time. But I have some critique:

 

I think that the eyes look a little bit "empty" and emotionless. I didn't see that he was laughing until I looked at his mouth.

And I don't really understand why his right hand is closed in a fist, it doesn't really make sence why you would do that when you're laughing... (But maybe you did that because it's easier to draw? I must be honest here, I myself like to draw hands in fists just because it's easer )

And the Celestia (?) puppet's "handle" I would construct another way. I would have drawed it as a cross (I think that's how almost all puppet handles look like).

 

But don't take me the wrong way, I think that it is a good drawing, especially when you haven't put som much time into it! Discord isn't exactly an easy character to draw.

Not in this part of the forum... When you're commenting on art you should not just comment on it as "good". You should go in deeper on what you especially like about it and if you think that there is something you want the artist to change (but you did that in your post now, so that's good).

 

But if you don't want to go through that you could always just give a brohoof. That's the simplest way to telling someone that you think that their picture is good.

Five minutes? You remind me of a good friend I have in person. She's really good at drawing, and can dish out pictures ridiculously fast. I like the puppeteer controller in his tail, you drew that well. A decent job for such a minute amount of time, even if you did forget wings ^^

I really like the little details in the drawing, I didn't even notice the celestia puppet at first, very cleverly done! The pose is a bit stiff, but it's really good for only a ten minute drawing!

You say this took you 5 minutes? It's pretty good. Maybe you could have added some extra details if you spent a bit more time on it like the wings or work on the shading a bit.

THAT WAS 5 MINUTES!? God Dayuuuuuuuum that was fast. And it aint to bad either. I am not gonna be over critical. Ofcourse it was drawn in 5 minutes.

Remind me of one of my friends who can draw really good and fast. He doesn't even need to start with pencil. Goes straight to pen and has no mistakes and his sketchs are amazing.
