For all the apple fanboy you may know that the iPhone 5 was released today and that it has a all new design. I was just wandering what your thoughts were on it weather you think it is worth the update or not. In my opinion it is very slick and very thin, I think if you have the iPhone 3GS or even a iPhone 4 it is worth an update, but if you have the 4s you might want to hold off on this and wait until next year when the iPhone 5s comes out. There is nothing new to it. Its only a bigger screen, and its not even that big.

There is no reason at all to buy this instead of Galaxy S3. Its better in every way.

 

The Ophone is meant for those with big fake boobs who takes pictures of them selfs......

I think that if you have an update you should get the for 4 or 4s ( if you are an apple fan ) because they all do the same thing. Heck the iPhone 4 is free, i would just get that one sense they all have ios 6

The iPhone 5 is a piece of technology which I could not possibly care less about if I tried. I personally am not a fan of the new design, I feel that it just look oddly proportioned. Definitely not giving it a bit.

im a total apple fanboy im afraid, but still my initial reaction was this;

 

But from what I've herd it's 40% faster then the current iphone (and the market).

 

It has a 10mp camera whcih is pure awesome, and more batterylife overall.

 

Apple have never made something i have bought and not used or hated. Apple is pure brilliance for me. I have 1 charger for everything and people always have apple charger's which is awesome!

-the new lead looks awesome to

 

So yeah, if i ahd teh cash i woudl get now to get the msot of it (like with all apple products) and i persoanlly think anything made by any oterh company in the phone world is utter crap and hard to use compared ti iphones and the support is not as good (personal opinion and exsperiances).

I'm fine with my 4S, I like it. This new iPhone, don't like the increased area just to be thinner. They should stick with the old 4 body, it like it more.

Am I the only one wondering how they could possibly think it would be a good idea to make the screen larger without keeping the same pixel ratio?

 

It was tough enough to get developers to upgrade old apps to the Retina display, but now if they want to appeal to the entire customer base, they need to make 2 totally separate versions!

I honestly don't care at all for Iphones, they seem to be very overrated, and also, they did a test (had an Iphone 4, but told them it was a 5) and people bought the idea that it was the 5th version, so really it's just a overhyped piece of technology, at least that is my opinion, but if you like them, then I have no trouble at all with that.

I went to the Apple Store to check it out and I must say when you pick it up it fells like a feather. I am not for the taller screen but I do like how the back is not all glass so it is a tad more durable and the wifi connection is so much better I did a test with my 4s and the 5 was a good 5 to 7 seconds faster but in all seriousness I am fine with my 4s

Anyhow, you are wrong when you say it has 10 megapixels. It does not. It has 8 megapixels. My own phone has 12.2 (but you probably read this in my other post)

Mate, they are overrated. Now want to sound mean or anything but you apple fanboys looks at how awesome your iPhones are. Though you never compare the actual numbers to other phones. As you can see my Sony Xperia S wins on the most points when it's compared to the iPhone 5. You could compare it to the Samsung Galaxy S3 aswell.

 

Oh btw. The Samsung Galaxy S4 will kick ass when it comes out in February.

I like my iPhone 4, but like my old phone..

I think this one will last me another 3-4 years before I upgrade, still not a fan of cellphones. Rarely use mine as it is anyway.

I still rock with an original iphone so almost ANY phone worth more then £50 is better.

 

(i give number's because that's what everyone else uses and im sorry for messing up the 10mpix that's a FAIL :C )

 

I've played around with my friend's phones and i just don't like them. I find iphone's are perfect for me (even if it's worse then all the other's) and so easy to use for me is amazing.

 

The new charger is a bit annoying but i can see why it was needed, and at least there making an adapter. Every phone i had before had a different damn charger and i ALWAYS lost it (but that's another story).

 

But yeah, I'm a total fanboy I love apple's product's
