Not a bad sequel, although I must point out that it felt a little open to interpretation at the end. But that may be a good thing. You don't want to write something like, "and it popped. The end." because that would make it sad and some ponies don't like sad stories, however if you write, "and then she blew another giant bubble. The end." it may be considered too weak and lacking in plot. I guess the only way to achieve a trade-off is to leave it open.

I loved the imagery and the use of metaphors was absolutely stunning. I really felt for the character and by the end I was so emotionally attached that I felt like I wasn't even reading a story, but witnessing a true even. Truly a masterpiece and must be read by everyone, fan of the show or not.
