I'd definitely serve two years as a guard pony- I mean Hippogriff. Maybe protecting Queen Novo , her family, as well as the entire Hippogriff kingdom.

I'd say the most reasonable things to ask for and to fulfill would be to not bother the quite literal rulers (and their advisary staff) of equestria, and to help their scholars by answering any and all questions they might have that one can answer with honesty and correct information. Everything else seems to be a bit too pushy - like enforcing marriage or military duty.
