writing Sadness (Thoughts)

If you expect a tale of poetic views apon the morbid facination I have with Sadness, then I know not if you will get what you wish. True, I will talk of sad things, or at least to me, but in what aspects are they poetic, or even comprehensive?

So I start, what is sadness? The moment in time where the wieght of something, usually emotional, takes a toll on ones state of mental health. It drags them into thoughts that are usually never had, thus... sadness.

My sadness... all too often. An oppressive, diminutive atmosphere, alluding all too well to my own being and forcing thoughts of meager adjectives with hurtful meanings. My sadness is not of loss, but of what I do not understand. Which, I find, to happen all too often. I find that everything good that happens to me is of in one way or another wrong, it confuses me so, in such a way that I become angry, then sad. Alll events lead to a temporary depression.

I can think of a more recent example, if you all wish to hear it... dear lord this might become more of a rant than a philosophical viewpoint. Yes, ask of it elsewhere...

I am off topic... sadness. Its essence is and always will be all around us. Many people think sadness is the opposit of happiness. They are completely wrong. The two are often found together under the same meaning. All good things have somewhat of a negative side. I will leave you to ponder this aspect.

Sadness is not curable. You may think to get happy when you are sad, but that isn't so. Sadness is ever present, even when you don't think about it.

Sadness isn't always bad. It has wonderful benefits if controlled. The world wasn't meant to be happy all the time. It was meant to be shared. If we were meant to always be happy, we would find ourselves bored of bliss, and purposely seek destructive means of sadness.

There is so much more to write... but I wish to go envelope myself in my own sadness instead.
