1. Rainbow Dash. I mean c'mon, she's the fastest pony alive with her wings. On foot, she's just as good as Applejack.

2. Applejack. She isn't a rodeo champion for nothing. Also, she's the only one to compete with Rainbow.

3. Pinkie Pie. She defies all laws of physics. To keep up her speed, she must have quite the bit of stamina.
